Attention: Jennifer Grogan, Clerk Hurtubise
I had submitted this to the city council and it
was ignored by the city clerk.
That the clerk issued his own petition for me (now under an Open Meeting Law investigation) allegedly in concert with Council President Rick Caraviello, it doesn't have to be withheld for 90 days. It was never heard.
I'm curious as to why Michael Marks didn't denounce Andrew Castagnetti's gay slur
which was stated immediately after Marks said he wouldn't stand for discrimination.
Then Marks praises Castagnetti's wife this past Tuesday, the gay bashing by Castagnetti showing that Andy has special privileges that I do not, is singling me out.
1)Gay bashing
2)No public accomodations
3)Retaliation
Too bad elder abuse isn't included.
Mr. Marks never intimidated Mr. Castagnetti, as far as I know
Yet when Ed Finn slugged me, on or about June 16, 2015,
Mr. Marks intimidated a witness, me, and told me "Shut up. Shut up. Don't say anything."
Marks allowed a beating to happen and tried to shut the victim up.
Isn't that, allegedly, felony witness intimidation?
There was a crime committed for when Sgt Mackowski and Rick Caraviello filed false charges of witness intimidation on me (with Chief Sacco's blessing, no doubt) the police had to admit that Clerk Finn had hit me. You can't have a case of witness intimidation without a crime.
Caraviello lied under oath to judge and jury, and lost the case. Caraviello lied to the police.
About time we had some honest men and women on the council.
Caraviello and Adam Knight need to recuse themselves when I speak.
They are conflicted; they allegedly violate their oath of office.
Mr. Knight clearly violates Rule 9 when he heckles the Director of Public Health
while he's under criminal investigation by MPD
As stated before, you must print this petition in its entirety for the next
council meeting. Molesting the petition so that Caraviello thinks he can
dispose of it is limiting speech and denying public accommodation.
They didn't teach you that at the MBTA?
This city has defamed me, persecuted me, threatened to kill me,
harassed my household, the typical M.O. of Mark Rumley and Mike McGlynn -
beat them up so they run away.
Standing my ground is not a crime. However, Rumley retaliating on the
mayor for not making him "of counsel," and his alleged use of vulgarities
in reference to Breanna Lungo-Koehn, that should be brought to the attention
of the Office of the Bar Counsel, I believe.
Print my petition. You can keep the date on it or add July 1, 2021.
Advise me of when the July and August meetings are.
Start treating human beings with respect.
Respectfully
Joe Viglione
