FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
ALEESHA NUNLEY-BENJAMIN HAS REPLACED MARK E. RUMLEY WITH SHEILAH McCARTHY, of Lenow & McCarthy
Rumley has forwarded her case to that firm.
It was never a good fit to begin with and, by hiring a former city solicitor of Medford who had an axe to grind with the current administration, though it was totally legal, it just looked awkward and embarrassing for the plaintiff, Nunley-Benjamin.

MARK E. RUMLEY WAS SO TAINTED WITH HIS CONFLICTED 'INVESTIGATION' OF A BOARD THAT HE SAT ON .....
AND THEN DEEP-SIXING THAT INVESTIGATION OF THE VERY BOARD HE SAT ON ONCE OR TWICE, oh well,
IT IS VERY MUCH WISE TO DUMP THE NUNLEY-BENJAMIN TRAVESTY ON ANOTHER LAW FIRM.

Rumley
has since forwarded her case to Sheilah McCarthy, of Lenow &
McCarthy, a union-centric law firm that specializes in labor disputes.
“Nunley Benjamin welcomed her appointment in Littleton,” said Mark Rumley, the former city solicitor for Medford who was representing Nunley Benjamin in her claim.
Rumley has since forwarded her case to Sheilah McCarthy, of Lenow & McCarthy, a union-centric law firm that specializes in labor disputes.
CLOUDS STILL SWARM AROUND RUMLEY'S HEAD REGARDING HIS FAILURE TO TELL THE CITIZENRY WHERE THE 38K THAT COULDN'T BE ACCOUNTED FOR AT MEDFORD COMMUNITY CABLEVISION, INC. IS.
OUR INVESTIGATION ALLEGES THAT IT WAS A HELL OF A LOT MORE THAN 38K ...AND RUMLEY BACKED AWAY FROM DOING THE RIGHT THING AND PROTECTING YOUR MONEY
WHAT WAS RUMLEY'S ULTERIOR MOTIVE WITH THE NUNLEY-BENJAMIN CASE AND WHAT WAS THE MONEY THAT HIRED HIM?
PUBLIC RECORDS REQUEST ON THAT SOON.
