Scarpelli is praising an athlete, and discusses that his daughter is an athlete. Shouldn't someone supervising athletes look the part?
Remember handsome varsity coach Dan Georgette? He was a basketball superstar in Burlingon...but some obese guy on the soccer field is hardly inspiring. That's Scarpelli, imagine him giving people push ups or running the field as punishment. What a hypocrite.
