John Falco has a "special meeting" on Saturday morning under the name of Richard F. Caraviello
See attached.  10 AM September 25, disguised as a discussion of staffing at Office of Veterans' Services

Ha, more like a Saturday Morning Massacre If Falco can help it.  Bring in his not-so-charming best friend Kerry Laidlaw if  he really wants the public to hate him

So, Mr. Falco, what are your plans for Medford?    It's a rhetorical question, same old/same old is the answer, with the caveat of Mike McGlynn's shadow reflecting off of Falco's bald head, anointing Scarpelli's hairless pate as well.

Breanna should have held off until Nov 3 2021 to pull the trigger on Michael Durham but, alas, arrogance and revenge, not a good mix.
So Falco's highly inadequate campaign has life.
But watch John squander his good fortune, and quickly.
He doesn't seem to have it in him for the real fight, and Breanna's banking on that.

THE OSBORNE PAPERS...Breanna's true Achilles' heel

So Neil Osborne, who never saw a veteran or a homosexual he couldn't relish the thought of DENYING civil rights to, has his nice light blue Jag and  pays about $200.00 to the city of Medford for...while the ex solicitor, Mark E. Rumley, another Lungo-Koehn bitter enemy,  accuses Neil of alleged wage theft.

Thanks to the Secretary of State's office Attorney Scanlon finally got us Neil's excise tax!  That wasn't so hard, Kimberly, but you've gone from Princess Leia Organa to kissing Mark Darth Vader's ring.  That didn't take long!!!

So for those of you who want to fun and frolic in Neil Osborne's finances at city hall, check out this link:

RE: Open Meeting Law Complaint
Dear Ms. Tanenhaus;
This office received a complaint from Joseph Viglione on October 26, alleging that the
Medford Disabilities Commission (the "Commission") violated the Open Meeting Law, G.L.
c. 30A, §§ 18-25.1 The complaint was originally filed with the Commission on or about
September 29, and you responded to the complaint, on behalf of the Commission, by letter
dated October 26.2 In his complaint, Mr. Viglione alleges that the Commission refused to
permit him to record its September 27 meeting.
Following our review, we find that the Commission violated the Open Meeting Law in
the manner alleged. In reaching a determination, we reviewed the original complaint, the
Commission's response to the complaint, and the complaint filed with our office requesting
further review. We also reviewed the Commission's September 27 meeting minutes.
FACTS
We find the facts as follows. The Commission held a regularly-scheduled meeting on
September 27. Approximately one hour before the meeting was scheduled to begin, the
complainant informed Diversity and Inclusion Director Neil Osborne that he planned to
record the Commission's meeting that evening via Facebook Live. The meeting began at 5:30
PM. The complainant arrived at approximately 6:00 PM at which time he began to record the
meeting. The Commission chair inquired whether the complainant was recording the
meeting, which the complainant confirmed. The chair then asked the complainant to refrain

1 All dates refer to the year 2017, unless otherwise specified.
2 We granted the Commission an extension of time to respond until October 26. from continuing to record until after the Commission had an opportunity to discuss it. The
complainant then left the meeting and did not return.

Cause-borne, as in "cause of action," is truly a piece of work.  This writer found Rachel Tanenhaus
in violation of the Open Meeting Law with Neil Osborne's name prominently on the response posted on
the Attorney General's website.

The violation is posted on the Attorney General's OML page. You can access the 3 page DETERMINATION there.

What this says - for the world to see - is that public servants do not serve the public.  It's been my experience that Medford City Hall and many government officials think they are "little governors" and make up their own rules.  City Solicitor Mark Rumley a good case in point, rather than do the job he is paid for he will fling mud and embarrass himself at the city council or in a court of law in Somerville 9/1/16.

Neil Osborne, like Donald Trump on steroids, will scream "inclusion" from the rooftops, yet your flagrant and objectionable behavior, Rachel, shows the true EXCLUSION that Medford engages in.

I WROTE THE ABOVE THREE YEARS AGO.   THINGS HAVE ONLY GOTTEN WORSE WITH MR. OSBORNE, AN ATTORNEY FOR GOD'S SAKE!

As stated,  Cause-borne, as in "cause of action," is truly a piece of work.

Some of the most commonly cited causes of action include:

  • Breach of contract
  • Fraud
  • Torts (battery, assault, negligence, intentional or negligent infliction of emotional distress, slander, invasion of privacy)
  • Suits in equity ( unjust enrichment, quantum meruit)

This journalist concludes, Breanna Breaaaana, where oh where art our Public Access subscribers pay for during an election cycle.  Out to lunch Falco won't press the issue as Emperor McGlynn pats Falco's bald head saying "down boy," and Falco answers, "Yes, Master McGlynn.  Any flies or spiders for me to eat?"
sheesh
