Dear Ms. Wright,

The online form allowed me to fill name, address, etc.

The complaint and the resolution sought are in this e mail

1)The Complaint

On the evening of December 7, 2021, this disabled, elder, minority 

person was, once again, DENIED my First Amednment right to tell

the voters/taxpayers that they should be concerned about the city 

council voting for its own pay raise.

Council Vice President Adam Knight illegally called my paper 
"out of order" to retaliate.   Is it not true that only the council

president can call the paper out of order?

Council President Richard F. Caraviello was defeated in 

criminal court where he allegedly committed perjury. Caraviello

definitely lied to Sgt/Detective Paul MacKowski (retired) after

I was viciously assaulted by then city clerk Edward P. Finn.

Breanna Lungo-Koehn was listed as a witness and - hideously -

praised the elder abuser when he retired saying "He never took

sides."   A mayor who is also an attorney lying in the pages of the

Medford Transcript is reprehensible.

Caraviello's malfeasance should be on the video.  Get a copy before

they erase it as they did to a previous attempt at a speech by this

journalist.  

Caraviello said that because I live in Malden I need to take it up with

the Malden City Council.

By the standards of these untrustworthy, deceptive (and allegedly criminal)

individuals, Caraviello and Knight, many of the speakers at the council 

should be nullified as they do not live in the city of Medford.  From National

Grid to Waste Management, lawyers and the general public, that

Caraviello has allowed who live or work outside the city limits to speak,

and that Caraviello denied me on the basis of my address, the discrimination

is clear and disgusting.

My speech that was denied me is enclosed (attached) as Exhibit A.

b)Jennifer Grogan @ the clerk's office legitimately put me on the Agenda

2)I am the reporter that broke the story on Adam Knight's demolition of the

Bank of America door on Mystic Ave on April Fool's day 2021

a)City Clerk Adam Hurtubise created a fictional petition disposing of 

my signed petition on two occassions.  Mr. Hurtubise was allegedly

suspended recently and has zero credibility.

b)Knight was the subject of a criminal complaint heard Sept 24, 2021

at Somerville District Court.  These are not honorable people.  Let's be

clear, we are dealing with dishonest individuals who have seized the

levers of power in the city of Medford.  

Mr. Knight may be a member of the union Local 25; there are allegations

that city hall has private detectives gathering information on members of

that union and that a Steven South was allegedly arrested at City Hall on

or about December 2, 2021, six days ago.

3)Adam Knight is very angry that this reporter exposed his malfeasance.

There are allegations from two sources that Knight abused his own children

in the getaway car; the Medford Police refuse to release all the photographs.

The Department of Social Services has asked me for the photographs once

they are in my possession and they intend to further investigate.

RESOLUTION SOUGHT

1)I seek Sanctions on these two city councilors who violated their oath of office

2)I seek a No Confidence vote on these two individuals, Knight and Caraviello

3)I seek a SUSPENSION of these two city councilors

4)I seek FINES on these two city councilors 

5)I DEMAND the right to give my speech to the city council at the beginning

of a meeting.

My rights have also been violated in the past by Neil Osborne and, in regards to

public access television, the mayor, Breanna Lungo Koehn

Mr. Osborne, in the most obnoxious way possible, determined that he

was innocent.   This is pure malfeasance and many citizens and/or speakers

walk away because of the hassle and obstruction put in front of them by

these hateful, inappropriate "government officials."

As the mayor, Breanna Lungo-Koehn, is well aware, I have been

discriminated against for the past twenty years, going back to 2002

at Medford Community Cablevision, Inc.

The city of Medford ALLOWED the harassment, physical abuse and

defamation of character until I was able to prove to the city - with help

from a city councilor and another victim - that TV3 Medford Community

Cablevision, Inc. had used the "n" word (on multiple occassions) and

allegedly threatened to kill the other victim, Doreen Wade.

Negligent Mayor Michael J. McGlynn had no alternative but to shut them

down.

I am speaking to a number of lawyers to sue the city of Medford for this

perpetual discrimination.   Mr. Osborne plays favorites; he discriminates

against elders and homosexuals and is a blight upon the city.

Make this correct, Ms. Wright.

Last night was not public service, it was two small men with low self image

bullying an elder person and it will NOT be tolerated, not by two men I believe

with ever fiber of my being are absolute criminals and a clear and present

danger to the citizens of Medford. They are as Criminal as Edward P. Finn

or disgraced ex high school employee Jenna Tarabelsi.  They are guilty as sin

and this elder person is DEMANDING the respect every human being deserves.

I will be filing with multiple agencies.  How can you stomach the violations of

the oath of office and do nothing?
