Is Knight on Court Probation? If so, he may have VIOLATED it last night. To the Medford Police Department

Medford Police Dept.
100 Main Street
Medford MA 02155

To Chief Buckley and Staff:

My question is if Mr. Adam Knight is on court probation as his criminal application complaint is "continued."

Last night Mr. Knight called a paper of mine "out of order," which is the job of the council president to determine,
not the vice president.

If Knight is on court probation I want the Medford Police to press charges that Knight is continuing to harass people,
in this case a minority, disabled elder.

Mr Knight:

a)harassed and denied a person his free speech rights

b)Mr. Knight violated his oath of office

This is a pattern of harassment from Adam Knight including but not limited to
an angry outburst at the council about six or so years ago aimed at me.

The Medford Police FAILED to arrest city clerk Edward P. Finn and, instead,
threatened the victim to "drop it."

The police FAILED to arrest Edward P. Finn when he snubbed a subpoena to
criminal court 1/31/17.

Why is this department protecting these undisciplined, unprincipled individuals?

I want to press charges on Adam Knight for violating his oath of office
and denying me my civil rights.

We have to hold these elected officials to higher standards.

Will the police remain conveniently negligent and attack the victim again?

The Department of Social Services has requested the photos from the bank
incident of April 1, 2021.   The police department - by not releasing the photos,
could be putting Mr. Knight's children, potentially, in danger.

I don't think any of you gentlemen has ever smashed a bank door.
I certainly haven't.

It takes some kind of derangement to behave like that and after Knight's
outburst at the city council aimed at me, I fear him.

If you fail to do what's right I will contact the District Attorney's office
and file a complaint with them.

If Knight is on probation or under the eye of the court, you have an
obligation to report this incident.

Respectfully,

Joe Viglione
