On Monday, June 26, 2023, I walked into Dunkin Donuts at 4 Harvard Ave
(train tracks / Playstead Road, High St.)
There were no chairs.
This is a serious issue for Medford politicians during an election cycle
BREANNA, SEE IF THE BATHROOM IS OUT OF SERVICE AGAIN
AS A YELP COMPLAINER WROTE YEARS BACK, AND THEN CALL
THE BOARD OF HEALTH
A customer told me the manager maliciously doesn't like the senior citizens
from the housing project where the late Lena Muccini (mother of former mayor
Muccini Burke,) and my dear friend the late Johnny Byers ("John from Medford
on Sports talk radio,) lived.
The seniors knew that I knew Johnny so they would talk to me. One could see
that they enjoyed having a nice place to go, seeing a guy like me that they hardly
knew (guess they watched city council meetings, I'm sure of it!) AND ENGAGED
ME IN CONVERSATION. NOW THEY ARE GONE!
It was a ghost town.
When the customer told me this (and he was eating with the food
on his car's trunk, standing up) I went to Snappy Patty's and had a
terrific burger. AND, THE WOMAN AT SNAPPY PATTY'S set up the
coffee machine just for me (she looks like a younger Breanna Lungo-Koehn,
actually)....THAT WAS SWEET!
I was treated so well at Snappy Patty's (and my mechanic called me up
as there was a downpour and wanted to give me a ride if I needed one.)
Wow. You can see the difference between businesses who care about
customers, and those who make them stand at attention for lunch
allegedly, according to my source, because they want to
keep the elders from senior housing out
of the restaurant.
Pure discrimination, if true.
And since I experienced no chairs in the
place, I went to Snappy Patty's and had a
better time, a wonderful time.
Where is Pat Jehlen on this? Rep Donato?

this is morally wrong?
Councilor Caraviello wants to be mayor? Not being
ignorant (can't change the spots on a leopard,)
and dumb. Waaahhhh...>Rick Caraviello
was NOT allowed in to see Gov. Charlie Baker
when Breanna had him at the Bistro....

If Caraviello can't even get himself seated at
Bistro across the street (we have a photo of
Caraviello without a press pass, Adam Knight!)

I was surprised at how terse the manager was to the staff. I was in line for five minutes and he was abrupt twice in front of customers. Didn't look like the staff were very happy. I received good service from the staff who waited on me though.

This has to be the worst Dunkin Donuts in Medford and most likely the country! How hard is it to make coffee as ordered? Apparently for these jokers it is impossible!
When I place my order I ask them to repeat my order to make sure they heard me. I get my coffee and 99% of the time its wrong! Then they have the nerve to give me the stink eye when I ask them to make it over! I only go here when I forget to stop at the DD in the Fellsway Plaza.

This Dunks used to be my favorite. I was always impressed by their amazing customer service and efficiency. Not anymore! The new crew that's there can't be bothered to make my orders, much less smile.
More often than not, even when ordering on the app, my coffee is not correctly made. And it's simple! XL dark roast, 2 cream. And not even an insincere "sorry".
Also, the place is generally filthy now. I understand if they're training a whole new crew, but obviously they're not getting much training.

So you buy your lunch you eat you look for the bathroom it's out of service. Would never consider buying Dunkin's from anywhere near Medford Arlington.
