Councilor Marks: Find the TV3 Monies and Stop Playing Pocket Pool with Paul Donato

almost 35,000 since we hit 1.5 million!

Pocket Pool with Paul Donato instead of finding the missing TV3 Monies, Mr. Marks

Missing city monies go beyond the parking scam. What about the missing TV3 monies? The AG's office will be getting me redacted documents soon, possibly as early as this week, but why wasn't Marks as interested in the missing TV3 monies, 38K noted in the Medford Transcript six years ago. Allegedly it's a LOT more substantial than that, and easier to track down than parking monies.

I asked Michael Marks why he paid money to a TV3 board member during election cycles.

Mr. Marks' answer was insubstantial as sort of "That's Gronk being Gronk" only using the individual's name.

Not good enough.

The board member taking personal monies to pitch Marks and other candidates while slamming Breanna Lungo-Koehn and Bob Penta as they didn't pay him off was later arrested twice in one year.

The issue of the missing money was raised by Councilor Michael Marks at the Jan. 28 council meeting. Marks referred to a five-year backlog of $1.25 million since the idea came up under then Mayor Michael McGlynn in 2014, with $50,000 each year promised to each business area.
“Where is the money?” he asked. “Where is it sitting and how come it hasn’t been allocated?”
He also said business owners want to discuss improvement their areas, including better sidewalks and enhanced lighting. https://medford.wickedlocal.com/news/20200204/show-me-money-medford-councilor-asks-wheres-missing-250000-from-parking-fees-for-business-district-improvements
