Dear Ms. Escobar-Coakley:

There is a serious rumor that Paul Camuso is running for City Council; that Mayor McGlynn allegedly needs a vote on the council to manipulate things behind the scenes after the Mayor is out of office.

Your newspaper allowed Camuso to mint himself a "lame duck" at Christmastime 2014 (when Camuso was busy sending out hate-mail on Christmas day; check with the police department and do your job!)

Then, rather than print a real headline - Rick Caraviello or Michael Marks not running for Mayor, you give that two-bit reprobate Camuso more ink that he's not running for Mayor.  Who gives a damn?
Not for $2.00 an issue when the company's Stoneham edition is free in that town

As someone who has worked for Escobar Coakley as an independent contractor, I've seen her operate. She doesn't do the gumshoe thing and find the news, she picks up the phone and lets the news find her.

That's lazy, and that's why residents are cheated when they pay $2.00 for a newspaper that won't put a public records request in to the sheriff's office, as this writer has, to find out the truth about Paul A. Camuso and the many rumors swirling around the councilor's head like a dark cloud.

The Transcript has coddled Camuso when Camuso has failed to do "the people's business."  Camuso censored residents talking about pay-to-park or his voting for his own pay raise or public access; his de facto girlfriend, Nell Escobar Coakley, doesn't look in to the many problems of Paul Camuso, Coakley discriminates as to how she will play the news game and attempts to shape Medford politics.

Term limits are a good thing for politicians; it is time Sean Burke and Peter Chianca realized the value of term limits for editors as allegedly conflicted as Nell Coakley is.

Nell Coakley complains that Allison Goldsberry is conflicted, told me this when she had an office near Governors Ave.  But Nell Coakley can't look in the mirror and see how bad her own policies are for her advertisers and readers.

It's time Nell Coakley got a lateral move and was sent far, far away from publishing ANYTHING in the city of Medford.  Nell Coakley is complacent.  When she published nonsense on or about 2003 that TV3 Medford had  a new home, I had to fight her tooth and nail to get the truth printed.  It was finally printed, and that - most likely - angered Coakley
