A public access hero, Pat Fiorello
November 4, 2007 we lost 85 year old Pasqual J. "Pat" Fiorello
Mr. Fiorello had a public access show "Golden Memories" which - along with showing the North End and historic sites, would uncover situations that needed fixing in the city of Medford.

Mr. Fiorello had a public access show "Golden Memories" which - along with showing the North End and historic sites, would uncover situations that needed fixing in the city of Medford.
City Hall and the TV station harassed the old fellow at the end of his
life. It was hideous. But all of Medford owes a debt of gratitude to
Pat for paving the way to shutting down the old TV3. This is just in
memory of Pat to keep his efforts - and his good name - alive.
Patrick was a victim of elder abuse by the sick individual known as "Dr. Rabies," Arthur Alan Deluca of Medford Community Cablevision, Inc.
1)DeLuca harassed an elder household, not his own, prompting the victim to report him to the department of Elder Affairs
2)Deluca criminally harassed Pat Fiorello and then used the resources of the 501c3 to drag the elder person into court where Art Deluca's lies further harassed the senior citizen.
3)Deluca would liberally use the computers at the TV station, denying the children and other seniors access to education. Deluca allegedly couldn't even teach computers, but as a fraud board member of the nefarious station that at one time had fraudulent names (former board members) on its corporate papers (signed under the penalties of perjury,) so that they could "appoint" misfits to keep the general public out of the station.
4)Deluca wants OFF of the board of directors, but the Attorney General's office has yet to let them dissolve and won't give the public information as the AG's office said it would "impede law enforcement."
So Law Enforcement is looking in to the board of directors of Medford Community Cablevision, Inc., the creeps that used access tv monies to drag prolific producers into multiple court rooms while they drained the city of its precious resource.
Karma is now haunting Harvey Alberg and his wife Doria Pizzotti Alberg as they filed for Chapter 13 bankruptcy and now Chatper 7 bankruptcy.
The hostile and nasty old buzzard, Harvey Alberg, was absolutely vicious lying about residents and being a bully. Going up to the city council and embarrassing himself.
His wife Doria is a disaster, a total disaster, harassing and cyber-bullying people with her bad grammar, her inability to spell simple words and her lies, her repeated lies.
They were unkind to my friend Pat; they were unkind to me and so many others.
They want kindness, but they kicked people in the teeth, they denied them access, they lied and even laughed about it, the "partner" of Harvey Alberg, one Ronald Delucia of Ark Insurance, Stoneham giving out his secret formula "If you keep repeating a lie people will believe it." (paraphrased.)
Well, the truth is they faced allegations of racism and were shut down. Those entrenched cronies gave the city color bars instead of public access TV, insufferable Doria Alberg enjoying the fruits of TV3 but telling the public "you really don't need access."
Doria - where are the meeting minutes?
The TV3 website noted that Doria Alberg was in charge of meeting minutes. The city solicitor implied strongly that he does not believe that those meeting minutes exist. If so, Mark Rumley, then why haven't you prosecuted Harvey Alberg and the four other jokers still on the board of directors of Medford Community Cablevision, Inc. ???
