ABOUT A MONTH OR SO AGO A DETECTIVE FROM THE MEDFORD POLICE DEPARTMENT, ONE OF THE GOOD GUYS, KNOCKED ON MY DOOR AND ASKED FOR A FAVOR, WHICH I WILL NOT DISCLOSE AS IT MAY BE AN ONGOING INVESTIGATION.

LAST YEAR, JUNE 12 AND 13th, an individual from Malden Massachusetts who had been engaged in tormenting and harassing me over a personal family matter, started showing up at my home.
the sick and pathetic individual still has postings on the Medford Transcript harassing me to this day, in violation of the restraining order.
UNBALANCED AND TROUBLED INDIVIDUALS SMASHING WINDOWS OR STALKING RESIDENTS A CITY AWAY OR DOING WHAT THE DETECTIVE IS INVESTIGATING are the "troublemakers," are the problem.
That the stalker is aligned with Arthur Alan Deluca, the fraud who lied to the police on multiple occasions in e mail documents that we now have in our possession thanks to a public records request, and the two bankrupt morons from TV3, Doria Pizzotti Alberg and Harvey A. Alberg, all co-conspirators with Julie T. Kelleher who goes under the online alias of "Julie the Jarhead," that the stalker is aligned with the bad element at TV3 shows how the police "mediation" was a fraud and did not stop the sleazy 501c3 non-profit from committing further bad acts

Had the police done their job there most likely would never have been a "false bomb threat" case, nor would a teenager on Cape Cod have obtained 3 beers from an adult more than three times the young boy's age, as that dangerous individual would have been on his best behavior had the police pressed charges on him when he participated in an assault on this editor; an assault where the police themselves had determined in the police report that this editor was the sole victim.

On two occasions the police had looked at the case from all angles and decided that the victim was the editor of Medford Info Central
Then McGlynn, looking at a police report with soon-to-be defendant George Scarpelli present, said to this victim "HAVE FUN WITH THAT."
McGlynn should be charged with OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE for making that statement. Why hasn't McGlynn been charged?

b)the unbalanced woman from Malden with nothing better to do than stalk a homosexual male she was fixated on and obsessing over.
Isn't it disgusting when the police protect a criminal like Stephen LeBert threatening to put a hole in a man's head, or McGlynn aligning with a reprobate juvenile delinquent, or Chief Sacco not arresting the Malden stalker when the police were absolutely afraid for my life and wanted me hospitalized.
That's right, the police had determined what Julie the Jarhead and Doria Alberg had done to me had caused so much anguish that the police were begging me to go to the hospital.
But they never arrested Doria Alberg or Julie T. Kelleher, and you must ask yourself what force would stop them from doing their job.
A betting man would say the former mayor allegedly removed by the Federal Bureau of Investigation by ordering McGlynn, allegedly, not to run again for Mayor. At least not in 2015.

Salem Street, also known as Route 60, is a speedway for individuals to get from Rte 93 to Malden and Revere more efficiently than taking Route 16, which is chock full of stoplights.
So they use Salem Street as if it is New England Dragway. Even one of our enemies, fraud President of the City Council Dello Russo actually AGREES with the editor on this point, that Rte 60 is chock full of cars going too fast.
Your editor has helped the police on multiple occasions. When the Malden Police and the Medford Police failed to stop the stalking activities of Julie T. Kelleher, this victim had to hire counsel and bring the matter to court.
Kelleher is now under the above noted restraining order, but her lies and accusations are still on the Medford Transcript site harassing me and attempting to hurt my ability to get employment at the access TV station.
Even more bizarre, after Kelleher was removed from a 501c3 by the individuals she called her "peeps" - by a vote of her own peers, she continued her stalking activities until the criminal harassment complaint obtained most of the relief requested. Except that Julie "the Jarhead" Kelleher is still keeping her filth on the Medford Transcript, which WILL be addressed in a court of law in about two months time.

To repeat, even more bizarre, after the editor worked hard to get the public aware of the access TV station's perfect fit with the Medford Library, the woman removed from another TV station's board of directors wrote on the Transcript site's comments that she wanted to be employed at the new station if it got to the library - which would be from the hard work being performed by the victim she is supposed to stay away from.
That will be going to the judge as will the previous, hideous comments that she leaves on line, thumbing her nose at the restraining order, thumbing her nose at the court, violating the harassment prevention order.
Yet the victim believes Kelleher has violated that order of protection, and that information will be noted on September 1, 2016 when there is a hearing on her conduct again.
We are peaceful people. We like a neighborhood without some juvenile delinquent from TV3 showing up in a police report for blasting his horn at 2 AM in the neighborhood, or showing up at City Hall while Matthew Page Lieberman was assaulting the editor.
The police merely "mediated" with the bad element at TV3, per orders of a former mayor, it is alleged. The police did NOT do their job and it was a clear and present danger to the public having those thugs, that gang, harassing members of the community asking the right questions about the malfeasance at the TV station.
So the police turn a blind eye to crime when a suspicious former politician tells them how high to jump? Absofxxkinglutely!
Add that to the Stephen LeBert mess on Leo A. Sacco's watch and wonder why Sacco is still police chief and not under indictment.
Chief Sacco knew Kelleher was stalking me repeatedly and he did NOTHING.
Chief Leo A. Sacco Jr. is a disgrace to the badge, but like sleazy Robert A. Maiocco Jr. or a former judge removed from the bench temporarily or a former sleazy mayor or the woman who is the beneficiary of a stolen election, these thugs don't give a damn about you or me. They are Tony Soprano, the fictional gangster character, on steroids.
They are bad for Medford.
They will file false charges on a good guy who is cleaning up his city because that good guy is shining a light on their unprincipled and devious practices in the city of Medford.

It takes courage to fight bullies like the four vandals last night or the unbalanced ex marine from Malden fixated on a homosexual male who not only has zero interest in her, who doesn't even know her.
It took courage to take down TV3 Medford, or embarrassing Robert A. Maiocco so much that the charlatan had to step down from the city council, or alerting former Governor Deval Patrick to the fact that someone in his office appointed the mayor's uncle to the Medford Housing Authority giving reprobate Jimmy DiPaola's brother-in-law free access to the creepy Medford Housing Authority.

Why did Fred Dello Russo, Jr. TWICE violate the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution so that we couldn't talk about conflicted Dello Russo, part of the transition team (Dello Russo should have recused himself from making a ruling on it at the council) or talk about Elysee Castor from the Medford Housing Authority.

There is the evidence, people, that the office of the District Attorney knew full well that this editor was being stalked and harassed by MCC TV3 and defamed and besmirched and ridiculed.
A friend urged me to go to Gerry Leone calling him a "straight shooter." Mr. Leone set up a meeting with Douglas Nagengast and, lo and behold, a member of the Medford Police showed up to allegedly try to stop me from bringing TV3 to justice. And you know whose orders they came from.
That same former Medford cop phoned me up after an election and said "Who won the election, Joe?" I replied, "Now this is silly." (paraphrased) He demanded. "WHO WON THE ELECTION." (not paraphrased.)
My reply: McGlynn.
The cop said "There ya go" and hung up.
Basically, this journalist with the powers of observation notes that the cop was telling us that he was handcuffed by Michael J. McGlynn, the former mayor caught in a Comcast video with a juvenile delinquent that signed an agreement to stay away from my home and from Tony's gas (in Middlesex Superior Court, where reprobate Brian S. Burke is an assistant clerk of courts.)
You can't make this stuff up.
