Higher Standards for Public Officials!
Pt 2 Wolf in Sheep's Clothing
During my first meeting with Mr. Rumley in 2003 I gave him the benefit of the doubt - despite the fact that my radar said "don't trust him." Just that intuitive first impression feeling that I took under consideration while we discussed Medford Community Cablevision, Inc.
So let's look at the facts after the first encounter:
1)Diane McLeod AND Mark Rumley knew of problems at TV3 (repeat after me: most likely the harassment of Pat Fiorello.)
2)Rumley AND McLeod were alerted to the discrimination. Years later Mark Rumley would laugh "They are equal opportunity slappers." Oh he's so witty and eloquent, at least that is what Rumley thinks. So much for higher standards to not only DO NOTHING when he had the power to stop the hate-speech and hate-activities, but to make light of it is not what victims want to hear.
3)Had Rumley any decency, he would have fought for me to be appointed to the board of TV3. Dr. William Wood wrote a lengthy report about TV3, and made a point of saying that this writer has the qualifications.
You see, like Muccini-Burke's crony Administration, qualifications are the last thing that she wants. So too with Prankie Not-so-Phabu and Mr. LOUSE and how business was conducted at the 501c3 that had a contractual responsibility to City Hall AND a fiduciary obligation to the cable tv subscribers funding the damn, libelous, violent enterprise.
THE FRAUD BOARD COULDN'T FUND THE STATION ON THEIR OWN, AND WOULDN'T GO OUT AND DO OUTREACH - GET REAL CHARITABLE FUNDS FROM THE RESIDENTS WHO MAY HAVE WANTED TO PURCHASE MEMBERSHIPS
WHAT THEY DID WAS REACH OUT TO COMPANIES IN A SELFISH WAY TO PROMOTE THEMSELVES IN A VERY UGLY FASHION
Mark Rumley's job as a citizen, as a city solicitor and as a member of the board of directors is to be held to the HIGHEST of standards, isn't it?
Why do Medford residents have to view a spectacle at the city council of Rumley getting into a hissing contest with Michael Marks.
"Bring it on" the Solicitor yelled at Marks, which isn't half as bad as Rumley agreeing with Camuso and painting a critic with a broad brush of a man who had Alzheimer's ... just plain sick.
And that's not what a city solicitor is supposed to do, how he is supposed to act, and what the residents expect from a member of the bar.

4)In a court of law when Judge Timothy Gailey removed the slimy TV3 attorney from two cases yelling at Attorney Crackpot "You knew you were conflicted when you took these cases"
Mark Rumley went over to the crackpot attorney and gave him legal advice - advice which disrupted my case.
It was, in this writer's opinion, dishonest of Mr. Rumley to aid and abet TV3 Medford after he had congratulated me at a Paul Donato breakfast for my victory over TV3 and their equally crackpot fraud president when they were found "guilty" (their term) of three counts of anti-SLAPP.
So Rumley KNEW that TV3 had violated the law and he helped them anyway by giving free legal advice to a friend of his family, the crackpot attorney.
Dishonest is what it was, totally dishonest.
Interesting the wiring on the window to Alden Chambers - makes Rumley look like he's behind bars, doesn't it?

Rumley, Chief Sacco, Stephanie Muccini-Burke, they are the termites eating away at your civil rights, feasting on your hard earned pay, and smearing you.
Impeachment is more than a notion, it is what Medford needs to cure the city of its ills.
