Roy Belson up there like Pontius Pilate washing his hands of the phony Chapter 74 board, their disguise which was absolutely a public access TV board, as three board members told me.

Look at the makeup of the board and its importance to the public with the 650k that is now missing in action.

They deliberately took the public access monies and dressed it up - hid it behind the vocational technical school.

There is no public access. They stole the monies for the school system and are not being transparent about it. 

They are as crooked as the day is long

The board was a radio  / television board and it violated the open meeting law.

Belson and Rumley embarrassed themselves last night at the city council with lies and deceptive business practices.
