Dear Chief Buckley,

This morning I was in the crosswalk (as usual) and a red car zipped right by me (as usual.)  

You don't have to go after him.  A white car backed out onto the roadway and he had to stop short.

HA HA

Had he stopped for me as the law provides he might not have got into that situation.
