curbstones and the 2001 oak benches from Alden Chambers, City Hall, here
is Part 3. Keep in mind, there are THREE PARTS to this THIRD SET of
Documents. This is the THIRD time City Hall has given us documents,
there are three sets of documents in this set. The Secretary of State's
