Dear Attorney Scanlon:
Your boss has harassed me, repeatedly. In his oath of office a person on Facebook pointed out to about 500 of us, in a forum, that Mr. Rumley is hardly "impartial." People laugh at your boss. Beyond the laughter is the cruelty and abuse of power Mr. Rumley exacts on the citizenry.
The dictionary definition of "impartial" is below.

As an attorney, I know you would NEVER create a spectacle like that, and tell me, as an attorney, Ms. Scanlon, is that being impartial to a client, let alone a rival?
I can't tell you which government agencies are getting this correspondence as confidentially is imperative.
But take a guess.
Now, put Rumley Repugnant in Google and find Mark Rumley lying TO A RETIRED JUDGE, my old pal Marie (O. Jackson-Thompson) who helped me defeat the infidels at MediaOne (now Comcast) back in the 1990s when I cleaned up Woburn cable on my own!
I told Marie the truth and won the court case. Rumley lies to my pal Judge Marie...and there you have it...the city suffers.
Remember when Marie O. Judge Jackson-Thompson (retired) said these words on the GATV (Government-access television) channel in Medford around 2008 -
"I'm here to make sure that this TV station is the best it can be for ourselves and for our children"

Well, it's sad to say that the judge, paid $3900.00, failed in her mission.
And then your boss, Mark E. Rumley, LIED TO THE JUDGE. Why wasn't Rumley under oath?

The man is a reprobate and a cheat and doesn't give a damn about the citizens of Medford OR Medford.

Learn to pronounce? The citizens of Medford would be happy if Mark E. Rumley could comprehend and UNDERSTAND the word impartial
I respectfully ask you to turn your boss in for lying to the public and breaking his oath.
I respectfully request you open the doors to access TV that the public pays for. Thank you
I am cc:ing Rep Paul Donato and Susan Crowley in his office. When a program that Mr. Donato wanted to air years ago was censored he was outraged saying to the local newspaper:
“This is free speech. It’s the public’s right to listen to political speech. It’s the most protected right. I was just flabbergasted.”
Interesting that Mr. Donato didn't add that it is also the public's right to speak up. Or perhaps my old friend Paul wants to be the only one speaking. Mr. Donato, who in 2007 wrote this in an Op Ed "Bullying in schools is a problem that has negative effects on school environment and on student’s ability to learn in a safe atmosphere without fear. " January 29, 2007 was bullied and witnessed much bullying by the former 501c3 that was operating the TV station. The station called Mr. Donato a vulgarity, "Pauly (expletive) pants"

The oath is attached...unfortunately, Rumley has detached it from his brain. How unfortunate for Medford
