Does anyone REALLY believe selfish Ann Marie Cugno ONLY parks in fire lanes?   Ya think maybe there's a pattern to Cugno's wrongful conduct and possible / alleged malfeasance beyond inconveniencing parents and firefighters?

 she can plead the glasses were the wrong prescription and she couldn't read FIRE LANE when she parked her car for a council meeting....

at the council meeting I was a gentleman and told of an elected official abusing the fire lane. Up pops the culprit to a room full of laughter including city councilors laughing AT her not with her.
