Part II Blowing the Whistle: TV3 and Government Officials

     So why hasn't the old TV3 dissolved yet?

    You know I have information from the AG's Division of Public Charities, and there's something pretty funky and suspicious about a non-profit that did so much damage to the city lingering in limbo since on or about October of 2013.  Six years later we are demanding answers from the office of the Attorney General.  But the larger question is - why did former board member Mark E. Rumley run, not walk, from his obligations?  That's easy to answer - Michael J. McGlynn, no surprise there, but why would Rumley continue to be the fall guy?  

     Is it because public figure Mark E. Rumley can't get a job anywhere else?  Is his reputation so tarnished after TV3 stabbed him in the back with The Chumley Report, and Rumley's failure to go after the board members individually and collectively for the harassment and alleged libelous, scandalous, slanderous lies?   

         Mr. Rumley shows his yellow cowardice when he attacks this writer, one individual, instead of taking on a team of very bad people.  Rumley's afraid.  That's a given, the Rumley histrionics are evidence that the current city lawyer is, really, not fit for the job.

     Rumley is fit for A job, a job with McGlynn, so McGlynn should pay out of his own pocket for his personal attorney and let the citizens of Medford find a decent, honorable, hard-working, ethical city solicitor and be done with the lunatic who has hijacked the city's law office.

     Rumley doesn't even care at this point.  The city lawyer's chaotic mind goes through the motions, quick with a knee-jerk reaction, like TV3's attorney would put on display, these guys in there arrogance can't restrain themselves.  The arrogance incontrovertible, the lack of empathy for the citizens, horrific as it is preposterous. 

       The TV3 mess should be stamped into Rumley's forehead, or on his balding pate, a "scarlet letter" of and for the city lawyer's misdeeds.  Make an example of the big fish. 

       Every candidate for City Council should have lit up the TV3 airwaves.  

But when Rumley, Burke and McGlynn conspire to keep the public out, to CORI check everyone and anyone, then you know those sneaky, disreputable individuals are not working in your best interest, even though they all took an oath to do so.

This is just the beginning of our look into the ugly world of Medford politics 2019.
