CHAPTER 2 - LOOK AT THE PAST TO FIND THE REAL STEPHANIE BURKE
WHAT HAPPENED TO TERESA WALSH AND ELYSEE CASTOR AFTER ELECTION 2015?
On Thursday, February 18, 2016, the good people at Medford Info Central BROKE THE STORY at 1:03 pm of the exile of Attorney Teresa Walsh as Mayor Burke's very short-lived Chief of Staff. It took the Medford Transcript almost two hours, 2:58 pm, to get the story that we issued BEFORE THE MAYOR'S STAFF EVEN KNEW!

WORD HAS IT: Walsh was allegedly locked out of her office, removed without warning, and just look at the time she spent as "Chief," heck, the varsity coach who allegedly had an affair with the mayor's daughter lasted longer (about 14-16 months!) - go figure, maybe Teresa should have had an affair with one of the other Burke offspring...or all three.
Fast forward three years or so if you think that I'm being rough on Mrs. Burke. You see, this is about the public trust that Muccini-Burke violates with impunity. Flipping the bird to the firefighters, allegedly, and guess who the firefighters endorse? The City Council Vice President!
Of course when the election was allegedly part of a conspiracy between exiled Mayor Michael J. McGlynn, Middlesex Superior Court (allegedly,) and the Burke clan, and when Stat Smith only got 4 months in prison for stealing an Everett election, they just didn't want Bob Penta auditing the school and city hall...McGlynn and Burke might've gotten twenty years for that, so what's a little theft of an election when the alternative could be decades in prison?
Now comes the police scandal. And it is gargantuan. Just about a quarter of the Medford police officers have been disciplined, and the chief, Jack Buckley, tries to sweep it all under the rug.
When will it get through Buckley's brain that it's a slap in the face to voters and taxpayers?
When it's half the police department? Three quarters? Every single police officer? When is there concern that this is a violation of the public trust? Never, because this is called "business as usual" in the city of Medford, all the way back to the Depositors Trust robbery.

The staff persons and appointed officials are Teresa Walsh, Linda Coletti, Jeanine Femino-Camuso, Lauren Feltch, Annie Sgroi, Ann Marie Irwin and Brian Kerins.
Teresa Walsh will serve as Director of Personnel to the Mayor. In this role Attorney Walsh will manage and direct the operations of the Mayor’s office and staff. Recently Walsh worked as a lecturer at Tufts University and the University of Massachusetts School of Law teaching law courses. Walsh served as a Massachusetts assistant attorney general for over a decade and represented the Commonwealth in all phases of litigation in state and federal courts resulting in published opinions in the criminal and employment law areas. Early in her career she was an associate attorney at a global law firm in Boston, MA. Walsh received a B.A. degree in Political Science and International Relations from Tufts University; an MSc degree from The London School of Economics and Political Science, [University of London, U.K.]; and a J.D. from Boston College Law School.
And on February 18, 2016, at 1:03 and 1:07 pm, Medford Information Central noted that Walsh had vanished from her job.
