Arthur's close, close friend was arrested and then indicted.
Deluca is now - in one of the most bizarre moves of a very unbalanced career of Deluca's, attempting to tell the public that a victim of Deluca's close associate, was part of their club.

To the logical mind that witnessed the anti-social behavior of Medford Community Cablevision, Inc. documented AT the meetings of the City Council and elsewhere, it is complete rubbish. Deluca is also fuming that he lost the bully pulpit of TV3. Citizens want to know if Deluca's friend used TV3 equipment for ANY of the alleged nefarious activities AND other resources paid for by the public. Since Deluca admitted to being on SSI - an indigent person - about 63 years old and allegedly living in the family basement, despite relatives concerned about his activities with TV3 and in his private life - and with the facts out that the defendant is indigent and was and still is living on food stamps, the clear picture of TV3 is coming into focus.
Deluca, the indicted defendant and Big Steve Marra were all on a board of directors and all did not own their own vehicles. How can you have a board of directors with three individuals dependent on others for a ride to the station? It's ludicrous. But that was the MCC business model, and that is why it failed.
Indeed, the three individuals who couldn't or wouldn't drive were also noted in the Rumley Report as taking funds from the public access station. That's correct, the three allegedly most indigent individuals were getting funds from the cable tv subscribers. We now know it wasn't worth what was paid to them. Basically, cable TV subscribers got royally screwed.
So Deluca, defensive and guilty as sin, is out ranting about the victims again. Look in the mirror Arthur Deluca - of all the TV3 gang Deluca's actions are clearly out to lunch, off the rails, and extremely dangerous to anyone he comes in contact with.

FALSE BOMB THREAT SAGA:
It goes without saying that the board of directors of TV3's very close association to the accused needs to be investigated. Point of information: the defendant under indictment actually attacked me in front of the TV3 attorney on the 7th floor of Superior Court when I was winning a huge victory against TV3 in the Dawn Natalia case. It was on camera. The TV3 attorney said to me "I don't have to like ALL my clients, Joe" which is actually an indictment OF certain unspecified clients - the math there so easy to do. After the victory I brought that individual into the police station for a "mediation." That was me being nice. I should have just pressed charges on my own. In any event, there's a long history of the accused bothering people. A woman had filed a complaint with City Hall, and politicians were really distressed when the Friday night show by a board member violated the 501c3 rule prohibiting attacks on candidates and elected officials by someone directly or indirectly involved with a non-profit. The fixation on me was so intense...including that individual following me around at a City Council meeting twice (not just going to a council meeting, but intentionally bothering me) as well as the aforementioned coming after me in Superior Court while I was having a very civil conversation with the Mayor's cousin, the TV3 attorney. That I had to report him to the police and bring him in for "mediation" is a huge statement, however a video attacking me remained on the web, in violation of the agreement made in mediation, until after his arrest. He finally took it down only after his own personal life started unraveling to the point where a trial date is set for August, 2014. This statement is made because of false statement's by his close friend and colleague, Arthur DeLuca, who posts incessant rants and false information on Patch. The letters from Deluca to the police, admitting to violating the agreement made in mediation by the president of the board of directors on behalf of the entire board, just came into my possession yesterday. Those letters ARE going to my attorney.
