N. Dello Russo Jr. is a member of a 28 person transition team put in
place by the incoming administration of Stephanie Muccini-Burke. He is
also the current city council president. The conflict is clear. The 28
members of this "transition team" are listed below, Exhibit A.
Exhibit
B notes that the publisher of the magazine with the article handles the
city website and is on the payroll of Mike McGlynn, paid for with
monies designated for P/E/G access TV.

DELLO RUSSO'S CONFLICT OF INTEREST
1)On
December 22, 2015 the conflicted council president had an obligation to
the community to have the council vice president, Breanna Lungo-Koehn,
preside over the petition, #15-815
As part of the transition team he couldn't possibly be hearing a petition without having a conflict.
Here's that petition filed on December 17, 2015 and denied on December 22, 2015.
"The undersigned respectfully pray for a vetting of the Muccini-Burke transition team."
It was and still is a RESPECTFUL petition, filed legitimately. This is not a Nazi salute, or Dr. William Wood yelling at Bob Fitzpatrick or Medford Community Cablevision, Inc. blocking the doorway so that citizens couldn't leave Alden Chambers, the alleged "people's forum" at Medford, Massachusetts City Hall. This was not the former Council President Robert A. Maiocco threatening to hit the same resident with a dirty metal pipe - a reinforcing bar (rebar) leftover from the Route 93 bridge projects.
2)HYPOCRISY
Dello Russo is a hypocrite claiming - as other councilors do - that this is "the people's forum."
Dello
Russo reportedly made a deal with Rick Caraviello for Caraviello to be
president of the council in 2016 (begging the question, did they have
the inside track on an alleged plot to steal the election? How can you
make a quid pro quo in 2015 when you have to get re-elected to satisfy
that agreement? It's illogical. Who would vote for a president in 2015
on just a chance you: a)get re-elected b)that Dello Russo will make
good on his promise?
Reportedly,
the piranha in city government after the shady election are eating
their own. Caraviello is - reportedly - getting stiffed on the agreement
by the undertaker, Fred Dello Russo, Jr.
Side
note: Fred Dello Russo Jr's social skills are atrocious; He is socially
inept, further causing a dilemma at a council where Dello Russo has
feigned decorum. He's ruthless, unqualified and impedes the city's
progress by his unethical behavior.

3)CENSORSHIP
Dello
Russo, and previous council presidents Camuso and Maiocco, all abuse
the power of the city council. They interfere in the public's right to
speech knowing there is absolutely no access TV where citizens - who pay
through the nose - cannot speak out against city corruption.
"Justice Brennan suggested ....that public comment at
a school board meeting or a comparable proceeding would be analyzed
under the category of “designated public forum.” He wrote: “[o]nce a
forum is opened up to assembly or speaking by some groups, government
may not prohibit others from assembling or speaking on the basis of what
they intend to say."
My
opinion is that there should be NO deference to local officials who
attempt to restrict free speech - not because they view it as
disruptive, but because that speech benefits the community when it
points out that the public servants are not living up to their
obligations to the community.
When Athol/Orange access TV tried to shut a news gatherer down, the courts responded in this fashion: "[a]t base, plaintiffs had a constitutionally protected right to
record matters of public interest"); Channel 10, Inc. v. Gunnarson, 337
Other
cities and towns are appalled by the behavior of Mr. Dello Russo
attempting to turn a public meeting into "executive session," and
denying the citizens an opportunity to hear relevant and persuasive
comments.
Dello
Russo, again, cheated the residents of Medford, was derelict in his
duty, and should be impeached and removed from ever holding office in
the city of Medford.
RETALIATION OR DISCRIMINATION?
Was
Mr. Dello Russo retaliating because a citizen journalist found that his
uncle and his grandfather in the Dello Russo funeral business went to
prison for four months each? Exhibit C Two undertaking brothers to
take turns in prison
Or
was it discrimination because the citizen speaker is openly homosexual
while it is alleged by many in the community that Mr. Dello Russo is a
closeted homosexual seething with anger at openly gay men.
Specifically, at the openly gay man former council president Bob Maiocco
threatened to hit with a metal pipe.

Closeted gay men are usually the most ruthless if they fear exposure.
They sometimes attempt to hide their homosexuality by belittling and attacking other same sex men.
If
Mr. Dello Russo is a homosexual, not something commonly known in
Medford, it would open the door to a discrimination suit with the Mass
Commission Against Discrimination, which will be getting this
commentary.
In
any event, this petitioner has refiled the same topic that was never
heard with the office of the city clerk; an office held by Edward P.
Finn who violently assaulted this same petitioner on or about June 16,
2015; the same petitioner attacked at City Hall by TV3 Medford on or
about April 26, 2010, and threatened with getting hit with a metal pipe
by Robert A. Maiocco, an individual who had to face a 1.7 million dollar
claim against himself - and paid out approximately $402,000.00. or so.
Basically, these individuals who attack the public they are supposed to serve do not have the cleanest of hands.
That
this goes on under the supervision of a City Solicitor who made the
following comment - with enabling by that alleged public servant, Mark
Rumley, only shows the mad degree of corruption in Medford, a solicitor
whose hands are as unclean as Mr. Dello Russo's as Rumley has not done a
damn thing to back-up his words:
City Solicitor Mark E. Rumley / Medford Daily Mercury on or about Nov. 16, 2008 (quoted from the 2nd Judge Jackson-Thompson hearing) saying:
“The
one sentiment that I have heard that I take great exception to is that
the city is trying to limit speech,” said Rumley. “The notion the city
would censor or squelch free speech is baseless and as city solicitor I
would find any such effort repugnant.”

Exhibit B Publisher of Inside Medford works for McGlynn's Administration in the school department and handles the city website.
Muccini Burke's Insider's Club published in an online magazine supportive of McGlynn;
The publisher of Inside Medford is paid a salary from Medford High School derived 100% from
P/E/G access funds; McGlynn shuts down transparency and controls the message.
Mayor-Elect Stephanie M. Burke has selected a 28-member Transition Team
that is assisting her as she prepares for the first day of the new
administration on January 4th. The team, chaired by Paul Camuso, is
comprised of Teresa Walsh, Louise Miller, Vivienne Wright, Fred Dello
Russo Jr., Rick Orlando, Christine Cousineau, Linda Garriott, Kelly
Hurstak, Paul Materazzo, Tim McGivern, Muhammad N. Chowdhury, Ken
Krause, Sarah Beardslee, Joan Cyr, Susan Fairchild, Gary Roberts, Paul
Solano, Donna Sullivan, Monique Y. Doherty, Joe Bruno, Beth Fowkes, John
Greco, David Klein, Chris Murphy, Laurel Ruma, Elysee H. Castor, and
Neil Osborne.
