Harvey Alberg's wife should learn to keep her mouth shut.
The woman who got all upset when she thought someone on the city council called her "sick" protesting too much, straight out of Hamlet and saying on tv "I'm not sick" - then backtracking and saying that she is, is scribbling more of her malice on the internet.
According to a document from the Attorney General's office, 501c3 Medford Community Cablevision information cannot be released to the public as it may "impede law enforcement."
Harvey Alberg of Alberg Financial was a prime member of the allegedly fraudulent Medford Community Cablevision, Inc. (- meaning, they were not duly elected if the reading of the Rumley Report is correct; that false names (previous board members) were used by the non-profit's president for a phony election or elections)
His wife is yapping that an innocent man committed a crime.
In America, everyone is innocent until proven otherwise, but malicious Doria with the unclean hands, whose husband's documents from TV3 can't be released as it may impede "law enforcement" is quick to lie, smear, besmirch and fraudulently claim the one person truly investigating her husband; the man the AG's office requested send them all the information that he has on TV3, committed a "crime."
Mrs. Alberg writes a lie on the internet that the man committed a crime.
Oh, she'd like you to believe that, because her hands are filthy dirty in the meeting minutes fiasco at TV3 where she admitted she was the person designated to take those minutes.
Where are they, Doria?

She can't tell you because, in the opinion of Medford City Hall, the meeting minutes Doria was required to take, might not exist

Did she get paid for that "service" that Judge Jackson-Thompson may feel was not provided, since the judge asked me for the meeting minutes, and I gave her the very thin file at the Performance Evaluation Hearing.

Go to the Corporate website for Medford Community Cablevision, Inc. and see how Mr. Alberg's address is listed as 625 High Street, a bunch of bushes across from the liquor store and Joe Pizza at the rotary.
625 High Street does not exist. You can't mail a letter there. But Mrs. Alberg's husband year after year after year never corrected that filing, which the president signed under the pains and penalties of perjury.
Arthur Deluca's name is - allegedly - not spelled correctly, two board members gave false addresses, so much alleged malfeasance that they can't say it was a mere mistake, especially the way the station lost its license with the city.
