Robert Cappucci calls for Dello Russo resignation from Medford City Council
Not a rhetorical question at all but a direct question:
Should Fred Dello Russo step down as President of the Medford City Council?
(I ask this for two reasons:
A) Councilor Dello Russo does not even grasp simple parliamentary rules of order as evidenced last night when he didn't know a motion to table a resolution supercedes other mostions on the floor. And,
B) In nearly 7 years of being a Medford City Councilor citizens like myself and many others have put more items on the agenda than Councilor Dello Russo has which I believe is a whopping record of 1 resolution offered by this Council President and that resolution was actually to take a previous resolution by Councilor Marks off the table and into discussion.)

like he knew a motion to table superseded all motions when Adam Knight
made one a month or so ago. There was a line of citizens and Marks and
L-K argued until Knight withdrew the motion...
