rape of a child .."
Every
parent of a school kid in Medford and in Somerville should be DISGUSTED
when an innocent teenager is abused in this fashion. So George
Scarpelli, with a slick political McGlynn tactic so obvious by acting
like nothing is wrong, just continues business as usual with no thought
of the ugly action he has been accused of.
IF
Scarpelli is found guilty - do you want a person like that supervising
YOUR child? And though it is said "innocent until proven guilty," we
know what a lie that is.
You
may have seen the phony article in the Medford Transcript attributed to
the office of Marian Ryan saying that this victim allegedly
"intimidated" a prevaricator (Rick Caraviello, city council president)
who wouldn't know the truth if it showed up in his limousine - but
Marian Ryan chose not to pursue a city clerk who violently slugged a
homosexual senior citizen on or about June 16, 2015!
And
then purportedly told Bob Cappucci of the Republican State Committee
that very same week that Stephanie Burke would "win" the office of mayor
and that Bob Penta would lose.
A
week after Finn, an ex football player, viciously body slammed (a very
hard chest bump while Finn was screaming his head off) a homosexual
senior citizen Finn then states emphatically (allegedly) that
Muccini-Burke would win.
Ed
"Karnac the Magnificent" Finn, who is in control of the election, knew
the outcome in June of a November election. GO figure. He's so smart!
Not.
Under
oath Caraviello admitted on 1/31/17 in criminal court that his good,
good friend Ed Finn was involved in a "yelling" incident (in June of
2015)
For that reason alone Ed Finn needs to be fired...and then investigated.
It was blurted out in a court of law.
How
can Police Chief Sacco allow a city clerk to be so unseemly? Oh,
that's right, because the unclean hands of Leo A. Sacco Jr have on their
fingerprints - and his watch - incidents involving rogue cops or
ex-cops - Stephen Lebert, Shawn Norton, Jimmy Lee (cop friend of
Caraviello's who broke the lip of the woman he was seeing behind his
wife's back,) (Medford cop) Miguel Lopez, 53, of Stoneham, was arraigned
in Middlesex Superior Court on a two-count ... blah blah blah... Shawn
Hughes, ugly is as ugly does.
Chief Sacco's hands are not clean and his blame-the-victim game when it comes to his purportedly dirty cops has become tiresome.
"They
act like they are in Havana" Paraphrasing City Solicitor Mark Rumley on
TV3 when Mr. Rumley needs to take a long, hard look in the mirror.
In
Medford, where a City Council president purportedly lied to the police,
allegedly lied under oath, e-mail harassed the lawyer who defeated Rick
Caraviello - defames the victim in that harassing e mail - there is
very little credibility for a police chief, city solicitor, school
superintendent and current and former mayors who just don't want to tell
us why a varsity coach exited on or about June 30, 2015 and ANYTHING
about the allegations of illicit sex that varsity coach may have
allegedly had with a powerful politician's daughter. Allegedly.
TIMELINE:
June 16th Ed Finn viciously attacks reporter, yelling and physically hitting the reporter. During an election cycle.
June
16th Viglione files police report on Finn and when the police fail to
do a proper investigation, Viglione pays $40.00 to file a complaint on
Finn in court.
Either
I'm the unluckiest reporter in the world, or city hall was terrified of
my blog and my public records requests, radio show and use of the Open
Meeting Law. And all the court cases that I have won during the fight
for public access TV, with or without an attorney
These violent activities were meant to intimidate and scare Joe Viglione.
This was no coincidence, these were carefully orchestrated events that I suspected were concocted by city hall.
The
City Solicitor, who sat on the board of MCC TV3, and who claimed in the
press that he is INVESTIGATING MCC, was palling around with the
terrorists at Somerville Court rather than staying away and being an
objective investigator.
For
that incident alone Solicitor Rumley should recuse himself from the MCC
investigation and hand it to an objective third party. But just
stating the obvious enrages the thin-skinned egomaniac who sits up all
night thinking of what $25.00 words he can find in his thesaurus to
attack Councilor Michael Marks with in one of their hissing contests at
the city council.
How unprofessional.
On
or about June 20th or so Ed Finn or his wife allegedly tells Republican
committee person that Penta will lose and Burke will win in November.
In no uncertain terms
June
30th varsity coach no longer at high school. Rumors flying all over
the city about an illicit affair the teacher allegedly had with a
powerful politician's daughter.
October
2015 Director of Personnel's husband - Middlesex Superior Court Clerk
Brian S. Burke, attempts to censor this videographer who was taping the
Great Debate at the Chevalier Theater. Burke lets out an obscenity in
front of dozens of seniors. Get that "motherfxxr" out of there" or
something like that.
Week
of December 1 2015 - Judith Fabricant, Chief Justice. Superior Court
writes to Joe Viglione that Middlesex court clerk Matthew Day will
investigate Brian Burke. Day works for Clerk Michael Sullivan,
allegedly very tight with Stephanie and Brian Burke.
On or about Dec 2 Sullivan claims Burke didn't violate the canon of ethics.

Dec 3 Joe Viglione files FOIA request on varsity coach incident with police chief and school superintendent
Dec 8 15 false charges initiated by Medford Police on Viglione, pure political payback
Medford
police have a "secret" meeting in Somerville District Court, push
through phony charges moving case to Cambridge District Court without
ever allowing Viglione or his attorney to attend magistrate's hearing or
even know what is going on.
The problem for the police is that this reporter did everything by the book.
It
is there in an e mail that a police detective, on the witness stand,
"couldn't recall." Yeah, of course he couldn't recall the document
absolving and exonerating the victim of the false charges.
A
Detective who can't do his job and "recall" something so crucial to the
case is like a chef who doesn't see the rats in the salad.
SO
why is he still employed when it is documented, in a court of law, that
a detective "can't recall" when the public is paying him TO RECALL!

irrelevant; City Solicitor Rumley removed from witness stand for being

Viglione contacting lawyers for federal case against Caraviello, police
chief and possibly city hall, Mayor Burke, police detective, office of
the district attorney etc.
So
if you file a public records request, FOIA, on the alleged varsity
coach incident, five days later the police department files phony
charges on the reporter investigating the story?
But Mr. Belson - you and George Scarpelli and Chief Sacco and others act like an irresponsible Jared Kushner (Trump) on steroids.

Finn butts in to a conversation he had no part of, involved himself in a
conversation that he had no business interfering in, screams his head
of, commits an act of violence on my person, and the police failed to do
a proper investigation, which will all come out in the civil case I am
preparing against the city and the parties involved.
No
thought of public safety; no thought of public service, unqualified
hacks with egos larger than Mr. Scarepelli's girth (not a joke, a sad
statement on the Tony Soprano-style of local government offered up by
the city of Medford in 2017) - and any type of discussion of Mayor
Burke's husband's dirty mouth or Paul Camuso abusing his motor vehicle
behind city hall to harass a homosexual male, or Adam Knight yelling
outside of Alden Chambers (twice) and then palling around with Matthew
Page Lieberman, the individual who attacked me AT a city council meeting
on or about April 27, 2010 - front page news in the Medford Transcript
with the police determining that Joe Viglione was the sole victim, and
let us not forget violent Ed Finn, the unprincipled city clerk but, hey,
don't take my word for it...look at what was written about Scarpelli
nationally in USA Today:

$1 million suit alleges that Mayor Joseph Curtatone, Anthony
Pierantozzi, the school district’s superintendent at the time, and
soccer coach George Scarpelli violated Mondol’s civil rights by engaging
in a zealous campaign to have him arrested, and manipulating witnesses
and victims into giving misleading statements to police.
“Everyone
always assumes that I’m a rapist,” (Galileo) Mondol told the paper. “It
feels like I’m always a step behind because of this stigma that follows
me.”
While school
officials claimed at the time this was an isolated incident, Mondol’s
lawsuit alleges hazing was prevalent during this and other
school-sponsored trips, and his attorneys believe the school failed to
provide proper supervision in the Berkshires.
While
today's June 3 news headline screams about 3 Penn State officials
getting jail time for turning a blind eye to Jerry Sandusky's sex
crimes, Medford has a School Superintendent joking to a new hire that
"Joe thinks I hide sexual predators at the high school."
After Jenna
Tarabelsi and allegations against Mark Smith, what is Mr. Belson
drinking by stating the obvious?
I intend to tape the Recreating Focus Group for Facebook live and - heads up to Mr. Scarpelli - intend to ask point blank:
a)The status of the Galileo Mondol case (and when he refuses to answer...)
b)why
Scarpelli hasn't recused himself from these meetings since he is being
sued for something extremely serious which, if he is found guilty, means
that - in my opinion- he should not be involved in sports or - possibly
- even on the city council, voters.
This
Recreation Focus Group will be recorded on Facebook live, and I will be
promoting the event prior to the meeting at the high school cafeteria -

Since
Mr. Scarpelli refused to return a phone call asking if he is running
for mayor, we will consider the city councilor negligent and failing to
return a phone call by a resident that Scarpelli is supposed to serve.
Public service? Not in this damn city where nepotism rules.

(we are looking in to those allegations,) where a city council president
wastes the time of the Medford Police Department asking to remove a
citizen as if we lived in Moscow, not Medford, where Caraviello and Adam
Knight mangle the English language on camera, where Muccini-Burke has a
foul-mouthed husband making a public spectacle of himself, and where
Chief Sacco has long worn out his welcome and allegedly should be up on a
variety of charges,
and where a city solicitor deludes himself that he
is the "belle of the ball" and doesn't want to report to the community
about the finances of Medford Community Cablevision, Inc., (where he was
on the board of directors) and gets dismissed from a witness stand
9/1/16 for being "irrelevant" (following Detective Paul Mackowski facing
that same embarrassment) you can see a pattern, former FBI director
Robert Mueller, you can see the pattern of deception and worse so
clearly.
Are your kids safe with George Scarpelli when Galileo Mondol was charged with a crime that he did not commit?
We are asking a good question here.
You
think your family is safe if a police chief, two mayors and a school
superintendent allegedly hushed up a sex crime for political expediency
during highly suspicious election 2015?
If Burke, Sacco, Belson and
McGlynn (and possibly others) DID pull off this Nixonian scam,
allegedly, they should all be in prison for a long stretch.
Which
is, of course, why they allegedly are responsible for the false charges
filed on this reporter, and why "the city" lost in criminal court on
1/31/17 when the contemptible Rick Caraviello admitted that he's on the
list of "Top 10 S.O.B.'s in Medford."
On
March 28th Caraviello, who yelled a year before "don't take my
picture" when seen with TV3 reprobate Ron Delucia, blurted out "I'm the
biggest S.O.B. in town"
My response? Don't flatter yourself Mr. Caraviello, that distinction goes to McGlynn, but you ARE on the list.
Why
did it take so long for Penn State to get a clue, Medford parents, and
do you really want George "the coward" Scarpelli around your kids when a
rape occurred on his watch?
Shameless hucksters. Shameless. It is all about them, and not about you.
Scarpelli is too egotistical to step down. So too Caraviello.
And
we don't even know if our elections are fair under an unethical,
unprincipled, violent city clerk who bragged in June that Stephanie
Burke, the woman who hired him allegedly, would "win" an election in
November.
How the hell does the city clerk have this Karnac the Magnificent vision?
Easy - if certain alleged hands were in a cookie jar allegedly and votes didn't count, Vladmir Putin.
Medford
remember - Penn State hid the unpleasant - downright repulsive - truth
for years. So did the Catholic Church. So did Dick Nixon.
Scarpelli must be impeached, along with Caraviello and Muccini-Burke.
