The hospitality industry aspires to uphold certain expectations: Service with a smile. The customer is always right.
But some local restaurateurs and their staffs are reexamining those standards after a series of incidents last week, in which several aides to President Trump attempting to dine out were heckled or asked to leave because of their political affiliation.
