Sept 1 - 2nd Anniversary of Judge calling City Solicitor's Testimony "Irrelevant"

IRRELEVANT
That's what a RESPECTED JUDGE said of the testimony given by city lawyer Mark E. Rumley
September 1, 2016.

IRRELEVANT
Mike McGlynn skipped out on two subpoenas,
Edward P. Finn skipped out on one
but the city solicitor had every right not to testify, to file a motion before the judge and say he had nothing to offer.

Unless Rumley wanted to confess that city hall was engaged in bad behavior and that allegedly he likes to "skirt the law, at times" to quote Perry Mason, ahem, Rum Rum had no right being there so that the court could find his testimony IRRELEVANT

I could have easily baited Rumley on the witness stand and have him twist in the wind as I did to an attorney friend of his at Cambridge District Court, but the seriousness of the case and the protection needed put aside any political discussion.

I simply looked at the judge and said "objection."

And the city lawyer was exposed for being "irrelevant" - irrelevant testimony, wasting Medford taxpayer dollars...and not the first time.

Indeed, that's just the tip of the iceberg as to Rumley's expensive irrelevance to the city of Medford.

What a disgrace!  YOUR city lawyer WASTED city dollars to hang out in a court house where it is said that Rumley MOONLIGHTED on the good citizens of Medford putting his bill collector's hat on, allegedly, as irrelevant to the citizens of Medford as he was to a case that he had absolutely no right to interfere in.

Any decent, honest, reputable lawyer would approach the judge and note that he had nothing to offer.

But we are talking about Mark E. Rumley here and the court's finding that what malarkey was coming out of his mouth had no relevance to the case at hand.

Mark E. Rumley, brand IRRELEVANT on his forehead as it goes to lots more than just his wrongful conduct on a witness stand bearing what - based on information and belief - was nothing more than  false witness against a victim.

A vendetta

Vindictiveness.

THAT is all that Mark E. Rumley has to offer the city of Medford.  An "ed finn" special.
