MPD DETECTIVE FINDS PROBABLE CAUSE ON VP OF CITY COUNCIL ADAM KNIGHT'S ALLEGED ATTACK ON A BANK DOOR AND FLEEING THE SCENE

 PROBABLE CAUSE

THIS IS A PUBLIC SAFETY ISSUE

What establishes probable cause?
Generally, probable cause is established when an officer sees you commit the crime or has direct or circumstantial evidence, such as you running from the crime scene. Probable cause is also sometimes established when someone else sees you commit a crime.

1)ACCORDING TO A WITNESS, COUNCILOR KNIGHT
WAS FLEEING THE SCENE AT A HIGH RATE OF
  SPEED

2)Editor's Narrative:
Det. Sgt. P. Mackowski says in his report of the events of April 1, 2021 his "reason for probable cause." ( What is probable cause? It is probable cause of a crime.) Mackowski continues regarding his review of reports by two officers, video, still photos. At 12:21:16 pm the "suspect" enters. The "suspect" turns out to be Adam Knight, Medford City Council vice president.
12:22:03, less than a minute, Knight, the suspect, tries to enter the main banking area but cannot because the door is locked. This information is directly from the police report. City Hall allegedly knew about this police report on April Fool's Day, the day it happened, and the corner office failed to alert the citizens who pay Knight and the other government officials. The entire month of April the citizens of Medford were kept in the dark. 12;22:08, (very important), in less than a minute the suspect - Knight - leaves the ATM area that he entered, and allegedly must have had one of his temper tantrums, that we've seen at the city council. Allegedly as I have not viewed the video yet, though the Sgt. found probable cause. The glass door shatters. Those doors are built like Fort Knox...it's a bank for heaven's sake! Mackowski, the Sgt/Detective, believes the suspect to have been wanton and/or careless. The definitions for probable cause and wanton are below, and they are serious.
The police report states that the suspect fled "at a high rate of speed." Note probable cause and the term fleeing. Why would an elected official in a powerful position not simply call the bank manager (who was there in the building,) report the event if it wasn't "wanton," and pay restitution? We are also talking about a banking institution, not a variety store, a laundromat - where those activities shouldn't happen either, but a bank with surveillance cameras and witnesses. Adam Knight, not the brightest bulb on the tree, for sure, and behavior that I have witnessed from the government official in the past. Thankfully, Knight's abusive, wrongful conduct is now on tape and now in the hands of the Medford Police Department. Spread this information around to friends in law enforcement, please. For around thirty one thousand dollars a year, Medford deserves better than a temperamental, entitled, selfish individual voting on things that impact your life just about every week at the Medford City Council.
