This music journalist will be speaking to the City Council of Medford on May 4, 2021, during "public participation" concerning the
ongoing wrongful conduct of the council vice president, Adam Knight.
What gives Mr. Knight the motive? It's very simple, the city of Medford has always abused Section 23, the general code of ethics for all public employees.
They defend each other, no matter how abusive and wrong the collective behavior is.

Keep in mind, the office of the Attorney General found my complaints on Neil Osborne, Rachel Tanenhaus, Mayor Muccini-Burke and former superintendent Roy E. Belson
so serious that reprimands were posted on the AG's website for violations of the Open Meeting Law, two separate violations.
When I am able to bring a third party in, be it the Secretary of State ordering city hall to give me the L'Italien Report, or the AG's office finding that Muccini-Burke
and Belson failed to properly alert the public to board meetings (ostensibly spending the money that I personally saved the city when I forced ex Mayor McGlynn to
remove Medford Community Cablevision, Inc.,) or a Judge Yee to remove Detective Paul MacKowski from a witness stand, as well as ex solicitor Mark E.Rumley
when I had to obtain an Harassment Protection Order against a Malden Access TV stalker (she got four years total,) or when Judge Sabita Singh found that
TV3 violated the anti-SLAPP laws of the Commonwealth; when this journalist gets in front of objective third parties, I always seem to find Medford guilty as sin.
As Pro se, certainly not an attorney, my oral argument in court in front of Judge Singh and Judge James L. LaMothe was successful. So successful that a clerk magistrate
threw away one of my victories (she told the late Johnny Byers that she and other clerks were on "court probation" as I complained to chief justice Lynda M. Connolly.)
Judge LaMothe praised my oral argument as "very logical" in open court. I appreciate the compliment. He also reinstated my victory that "mysteriously" disappeared
(how does THAT happen?) just so you know that this "very logical" man knows when these alleged "public servants" stack the deck against you.
Judge Fitzpatrick echoing Judge LaMothe's sentiment in open court saying "You're an intelligent man." Contrary to the smears unethical Medford City Hall levels at me.
Mayor Lungo-Koehn did say to me once upon a time "You'd make a good attorney." (paraphrasing Breanna). I'm a better record producer, actually, what I was doing
all last evening (my 50th year, I received two mega praises from my industry on Tuesday, April 27th) but let's stay on the subject.
With Knight allegedly fleeing the scene and not taking responsibility for his outrageous conduct, let us look at his enablers as evidence as to why Knight should be
arrested, tried and convicted in a court of law; not pay the $1200.00 and skedaddle like Danny Devito in film Ruthless People.
I previously reported the abuse of seniors at the council meetings by Knight and some of his colleagues. That report was filed with Attorney Neil Osborne,
Acting Director of Human Resources / Diversity Director. Mr. Osborne, I believe, violated Section 23, the general code of ethics
for all public employees, by burying the complaint. Knights wrongful conduct escalated because of Osborne blaming mayor Muccini-Burke
by saying to me "It goes up the food chain" and failing to respond to a legitimate complaint. I may forward Osborne's inaction to the
Office of the Bar Counsel. Look above, I prevailed when Mr. Osborne violated the open meeting law when I was in his office an hour
in advance letting him know that I would be videotaping the Disability Commission. Now that all meetings are pretty much aired
and retained, it proves that I was correct and Mr. Osborne was incorrect. We cannot take the "Diversity Director" seriously when he
knows that a disabled, senior homosexual is bashed relentlessly, and illegally, at Medford City Hall. Mr. Osborne should resign.
I allege that Mr. Knight is enabled when an attorney like Mr. Osborne allegedly violates Section 23, the general code of ethics.

Why did the City of Medford (once again) hush up the egregious April 1, 2021 activities of City Council Vice President Adam Knight at the Bank of America on Mystic Ave
Mr. Knight was charged by Det. Sgt Mackowski with: FROM DET. SGT P. MACKOWSKI: "I believe that the suspects (sic) actions were wanton or careless when he exited the bank door. These actions resulted in the door being damaged. I am now seeking a complaint against Adam Knight D.O.B. 08/16/78 (a 42 year old adult with responsibilities to the public to act correctly- editor) for one count of wanton destruction of property over $1,200.00"
This e mail is already lengthier than I wanted, so let us succinctly look at the irresponsible, cowardly actions of Adam Knight on or about April Fool's Day
by looking at the essence of the police report -
1)Officers Quinn and Raymond called to Bank of America, Mystic Ave for a reported
"disturbance" (YOUR City Council VP Adam Knight!)
2)shattered glass and partial door frame on the ground
3)police contact bank manager Andrew Vibert
(notice the taxpayer-funded waste of time for police department, Mr. Knight)

4)the suspect (Councilor Knight) couldn't gain access to the bank
5)door was locked to control egress
Let's not digress: Egress: A means of egress is a continuous and unobstructed way of exit travel from any point in a building or structure to a public way
6)Bank manager observes Adam Knight becoming visibly upset.
Mr. Knights temper tantrums are legendary, dating back to allegations of
Knight being difficult while working for Senator Charles Shannon. We've seen
Knight at the council being rude, obnoxious and harassing, documented with

7)Knight then "abruptly" pushes the glass door and it shatters.
Now those doors are like Fort Knox; one has to allegedly be angry and violent
to break a BANK DOOR. Something angry Al Capone might do, but a city councilor
has an oath and rules that demand he not behave like a gangster

10)Knight leaves at what is described as "a high rate of speed"

Knight didn't offer his phone number to pay for what this journalist considers a
"malicious destruction of private property." I believe Sgt MacKowski wasn't strong enough calling it merely "wanton destruction of property over $1200.00"

- 1.(of a cruel or violent action) deliberate and unprovoked.
But that's semantics; given MacKowski's own temperament (or lack thereof) I'll take
the word Wanton
12)Sgt Lockowitz and Officer Quinn couldn't find Councilor Knight at his residence.
Doesn't he have a wife and two kids? Did they all go into Ed Finn Witness Protection or something???

13)2:30 pm Knight contacts Officer Quinn in a return phone call, admits to taking the Lord's name in vain, says he tried three attempts to get into the bank, so the citizens of Medford demand to see the photographs and video to see if Knight lied to the police about how the glass broke.

Clearly, MacKowski, saw something wrong. It's about time. MacKowski lost a case in criminal court after filing false charges on an innocent man, a victim of a felonious assault by Edward P. Finn, former city clerk, thus, Mr. Knight can ask his union reps to go after the Sarge's credibility (that shouldn't be hard) and at least the residents can see the entire sick drama at play. Bad councilors enabled by bad Brady-listed policing act like bad councilors because of the bad policing. It's sick.
MacKowski should have arrested Knight, just as MacKowski arrested a TV3 individual for the false bomb threat allegation at Station Landing, but they protect each other in Medford. Why didn't MacKowski arrest Adam Knight?
It is hardly what Medford citizens deserve when:
a)the city council votes for its own pay (200k or so annually)
b)the town of Wakefield purportedly has volunteer selectmen.
This journalist submits that the city council can't censure Knight because at least four members of the council - George Scarpelli, Michael Marks, Richard F. Caraviello and, of course, Knight himself, have been accused of wrongful conduct by a member or members of the public, including but not limited to violations of general code of ethics, Section 23. Scarpelli and his Otis, Mass. incident, Caraviello lying to the police and allegedly committing perjury on or about Jan 31,2017 in criminal court, and Michael Marks with his little stunt at the opening of the access station (Oct 15, 2017) and what I alleged Marks did to me on or about June 16, 2015 when I was assaulted by the city clerk, something MacKowski's phony charges proved Clerk Finn actually did because MacKowski couldn't have his dog and pony show had Finn not committed felonious assault on a senior.

That none of them can be trusted indicates that Breanna Lungo-Koehn needs to get an outside entity (Please, not Martha Coakley, the "clean-up woman" who appears to protect the offenders) - true honest observers to sort out the mess and possibly remove, not only Knight, but Marks, Scarpelli and Caraviello so that the citizens get what they pay for. Not these enablers, phonies and reprobates.
Pursuant to Section 23, the general code of ethics for all public employees,
MISUSE OF POSITION
An employee may not use his public office for his own private gain or for that of persons or organizations with which he is associated personally. An employee's position or title should not be used to coerce; to endorse any product, service or enterprise; or to give the appearance of governmental sanction. An employee may use his official title and stationery only in response to a request for a reference or recommendation for someone he has dealt with in Federal employment or someone he is recommending for Federal employment.

Here is my speech to the Medford City Council scheduled for May 4, 2021
Councilor Adam Knight was charged with the above, but the narrative in the police report describes vulgarity, calls Knight a “suspect,” was purportedly denied entrance to the bank by a bank official, and allegedly fled with a witness taking down Knight's license plate number.
I am requesting that the city government censure Knight and remove him from the council, and allowing the next candidate with the most votes, purportedly Natalie E. Breen, to take Knight's seat on the council. Since at least four members of the council have behaved in a manner that is undignified, I am requesting that the mayor step in and request that District Attorney Marian Ryan press charges and have Knight arrested. The city council of Medford has a long history of protecting their own when violent actions have occurred harming citizens and visitors.
The previous city clerk would edit petitions to the council which was a violation of the First Amendment that the clerk took an oath to uphold, purportedly. This is only one of the egregious activities of Mr. Knight. The last time I spoke at the council regarding questions about the TV station Knight, as he has done so many times, was disruptive and rude. I will elaborate during the Public Participation portion of the May 4, 2021 council meeting. Also, I will be publishing this document so that the public will be aware if city hall cares about matters of great public interest, or if city hall wants to hide this shameful conduct.
