Son of MBTA Transit Police chief charged with murder in Everett shooting death Brian Green is charged with shooting Lynn man, Jarmahl Sutson, to death inside an Everett apartment the suspect used to share with his estranged wife, the Middlesex DA and Everett police chief said.

The son of MBTA Transit Police Chief Kenneth Green has been arrested and charged with murder in connection with the shooting death of a 38-year-old man that occurred in Everett last month.
