Harvey: 3 is a quorum
Ronnie: I'll vote for that
Mr. Have a Nice Day: Nothing's changed.
Harvey:Since we always voted without a quorum and with DeLuca out of the room, what's the problem?
Mr. Have a Nice Day: the problem is that we used ex board members who didn't realize they were participating, at least we had a warm body with Deluca
Ron: I beg to disagree....nutcase, cold as ice
elder abuser
Harvey: Since when have you been concerned about the disabled?
Ronny: since never. But let's not start some precedent
The Devil: These jokers are delusional; they said they'd be damned if the Count took the non profit away, and he did.
They don't seem to understand where they are~
Special election will decide who fills DeLuca’s vacant seat
The deadline for candidates in Pennsylvania to withdraw their names from the ballot for the midterm elections was Aug. 15, Ellen Lyon, a spokesperson for the Pennsylvania Department of State, told USA TODAY. That was nearly two months before DeLuca died.
The claim: Post implies deceased candidate’s victory in Pennsylvania election is evidence of voter fraud
Pennsylvania State Rep. Anthony DeLuca, the senior member of the state's House of Representatives, died of lymphoma on Oct. 9. He was 85 years old.
A month later, DeLuca, a Democrat who represented his district for more than 39 years, easily won reelection, defeating Zarah Livingston, a Green Party candidate, with more than 85% of the vote.
Some social media users are implying that DeLuca's posthumous victory is evidence of voter fraud. A Nov. 10 Instagram post shows the headline, "Pennsylvania voters reelect dead Democrat state representative." https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/factcheck/2022/11/18/fact-check-no-deceased-candidates-victory-isnt-evidence-fraud/10703318002/
