Dear MBTA Advisory Board:

While Mayor Lungo Koehn is bragging about her appointment to your board,

she simultaneously is repeatedly violating her oath of office.

My name is Joe Viglione.  Along with shutting down a corrupt 501c3 in Medford,

Medford Community Cablevision, Inc - my investigation forcing then-mayor

Michael J. McGlynn to remove the deficient board of directors for racism (add

homophobia to that as well,) I also helped Mayor Lungo-Koehn with absolute

filth the webmaster of MCCTV3 wrote about her.   I cleaned the internet

malfeasance up with permission of then city councilor Lungo-Koehn, and

as you can imagine, it was very hard work to do so.

Lungo-Koehn thanked me.  Then violated her oath of office and made a

restrictive access TV station to use for her personal abuse, rather than for

the public.  She kicked me in the teeth and used this elder for her own 

purposes.

After all I did to help her and send money to her campaign, she stabbed myself

and other supporters in the back for her new friends.  One of them, a political

hire - David Rodrigues - was an absolute disaster.  I advised her against hiring

someone who was the cousin of two ex school committee members, but that is

what you are going to get as her contributions on your board.

Small town politics when the MBTA is in a perilous position and the citizens

of Massachusetts are very angry with the bad service MBTA offers.

I've been silenced at the city council for being on the agenda to discuss how

the city council votes on their own pay raise.  They don't want the public to

hear the shenanigans in Medford, so they illegally censor with impunity, all

seven councilors violating their oath of office. They didn't want the public

to hear about the salaries they vote for themselves.  How sick is that!

Oh, and your board member, Lungo-Koehn, runs on Transparency!

I've had to file so many public requests on her and her administration and,

get this, she fails to respond so I have to appeal to the secretary of state.

Breanna got her idea of "transparency" out of the Donald Trump playbook..

While a stabbing happened in the school, dishonest Lungo Koehn wants

CORI checks of grandmas and grandpas to get on access TV.  I call that

election interference.  Who the hell is she to CORI check your grandma

who wants to bake cookies on TV, while there is violence in the same

building: a stabbing in the high school.

But just as bad, she just sent me the list of "members" of the TV station 

and it was chock full of fraud.  Her station listed a computer program

as a member.   See Exhbit A attached, Lungo-Koehn's idea of honesty,

integrity, community and transparency.   Yeah, I'd call Judas Iscariot,

and replace Mayor Lungo Koehn with him. 

I'm taking that up with the Attorney General's office, the Secretary of State

for possible election interference by denying me and others full access to

the station I am solely responsible for making happen.

If the Board of Bar Overseers need to be advised of Lungo Koehn's wrongful

conduct, so be it.

The alleged public servant, who takes taxpayer monies for her salary, 

putting stumbling blocks to the First Amendment at the TV station that

she herself uses, is every bit as selfish as her predecessors, Stephanie Muccini-Burke 

and Michael J. McGlynn.

Her opponent, Richard F. Caraviello, is even worse than Lungo-Koehn.

If you think a self-centered woman out-of-her-depth who abandoned

elder people, allowing her good friend ex city clerk Edward P. Finn to

assault an elder person, with Lungo-Koehn in the room, then good luck

to this Advisory Board.  Finn, by the way, skipped out on a subpoena

to criminal court.   

The MBTA is a mess, we all know that.

A woman who cannot let elder people create access television, yet she

waltzes around using the government channel that my hard work

and honest efforts improved, well, hypocrite doesn't begin to describe

Mayor Lungo-Koehn.

Oath violations and elder abuse.   A perfect fit for the MBTA which

had her predecessor - Michael McGlynn and his family - allegedly

being a big part of the problem.

McGlynn's brother in law was the late Jonathan Davis   

Governor Deval Patrick bounced McGlynn's older brother,

lobbyist Jack McGlynn, off lobbying for/with/whatever the MBTA

In Medford we called Davis "Mr. Bernadette McGlynn." (his wife)

Medford's not been kind to the MBTA, and now this oath violatior

Lungo-Koehn, who takes free speech away from the elder community

and only has nine real members of the TV station in a community of

over 62,000 is going to help your Advisory Board?  IN what reality?

I'm outraged and can write LOTS MORE but, why bother,

you get the point
