 REMEMBER when Medford Superintendent Roy Belson brought in scandal-ridden Heidi Riccio, the fake "teacher of the year" to work in Medford? 

 Ol' Roy and I had a little discussion on it; they hate it when I point out how bad it is for the kids in Medford High, from Riccio to Jenna Tarabelsi to convicted felon Paul Ruseau on School Committee.

Riccio did one good deed, recently, saving the life of an Essex Tech Instructor by donating a kidney, but, sheesh, spanning a decade the controversy surrounding Riccio is troubling.

Well, in 2013 she had that teacher scandal, and in 2023 Essex has a NO CONFIDENCE VOTE ON HER, A TEN YEAR SPAN OF INSANITY....why does Medford have the WORST School Committee, and the worst superintendents, from Belson to Dr Marice Edouard Vincent, and your mayor with the rose colored glasses thinks that nothing is wrong! Technical School says administrator Heidi Riccio should be fired from her $106511-per-year job if she lied to the school about winning (Teacher of the Year award that went to another teacher.)

here are my thoughts based on information and belief...and this is not a parody nor is it meant to be funny:

1] This particular leak sent to my P.O. Box was more uniform than the usual, and "the usual" come from a variety of sources (put a records request in to the police to see the threats I received during the TV3 days) ...we've gotten so many letters from different typewriters / computers, so many different postmarks, so many people featuring topics that have nothing to do with each other that it is obvious that these are not the same individuals nor are they in touch with each other.  Distinctly different.

2]Along with being uniform and more professional than any previous source / Confidential Informant, the person was obviously on a mission

3] As stated, this information was sent out to many, many people.

    Find an allegedly dirty ex-teacher (who still has his pension, reportedly) dirty him up even more to let another teacher off the hook.  NOT THAT THEY WERE INTERESTED IN HELPING THE ALLEGEDLY GUILTY VARSITY COACH, THIS WAS ALL ABOUT GETTING THE UNCLEAN HANDS OF STEPHANIE MUCCINI-BURKE INTO THE CORNER OFFICE IN MEDFORD.

     Allegedly, Burke's own mother, Lena Muccini at Tempone Manor, threatened a disabled person who allegedly said that he was going to tell the public about it.  Allegedly, Lena Muccini implied that they would sue the disabled person.  He told this news service that he said "go ahead" because he said that he was "judgment proof."

      If Mrs. Burke owns homes in Medford and Blackstone, Mass., why does she stash dear old mom in the projects?  To campaign for her?

    AND THE ALLEGED COVER UP OF A NEW ALLEGED SEX CRIME AT THE HIGH SCHOOL

     They allegedly blamed someone already ALLEGEDLY dirty for a crime that he did not commit!  Former Medford High School teacher Mark Smith, according to our VERY CREDIBLE sources.

    Stephanie Muccini-Burke, then Director of Personnel, allegedly was involved in a cover up of a teacher / student sex scandal at the high school.   The young woman was purportedly seventeen at the time and had her own reputation with the boys in school, allegedly.  Let's say the alleged lacrosse player was the Lolita of Medford High, it is still not right for a teacher to abuse his authority and allegedly have sexual relations with a student.

      Of course when the Mayor was a mere "executive" at City Hall and filed with the State Ethics Commission 1/15/15, we wonder if she knew that if she had covered up a sex crime, what the implications were.

     So in 2016, after she is sworn in as mayor, one can only come to the conclusion that Muccini-Burke did NOT take the online ethics exam for a reason.  She certainly knew it was required, and with such efficient individuals (being facetious here) as the negligent Mark E. Rumley as her city solicitor, and violent Edward P. Finn as her city clerk, they would absolutely demand that she file her exam papers on time, right?

City Solicitor Mark Rumley has called this blog delusional, under oath, in Middlesex Superior Court.  He also stated that "no one believes" the blog - as if Mr. Rumley can speak for all One Million, Forty Six Thousand, Seven Hundred and Two Page Views!    That's certainly a lot of "no ones," dontcha think?

     You ignore someone that says something that is irrelevant, you pay attention to someone who is "spot on."

Nell Escobar Coakley of Wicked Local called this fellow that she had hired as an independent contractor repeatedly "spot on."

Judge Lamothe called editor Joe Viglione "Very logical."

Judge Fitzpatrick in January of 2016 called Joe Viglione "an intelligent man" - his words were "You're an intelligent man."

And Mark Rumley, who holds himself up as a paragon of virtue (not if he's keeping secret the lies of this filthy city, Medford,) throws rocks through the window and calls a man "delusional" - not even clever enough to come up with his own word but quoting the broken-record that was the failed president of a failed 501c3 ...

Good one, Mark, quoting the not-so-fabulous one, behaving EXACTLY like the reprobate that you sat on a board of directors with.

Uggggh!

Rumley has zero credibility these days with rumors that he is leaving in six weeks. Frankly, how can Rumley leave with so many clouds over the heads of Muccini-Burke and Roy E. Belson vis-a-vis the public records requests that have revealed inconsistencies with both powerful government officials.

Medford Access TV Update - 

was just up at Medford High School around 12:13 to 1 PM-ish to get an update on Public Access TV. Met with Kristina "Krissie" Fraser and superintendent Roy E. Belson. Got a tour of the educational access TV and the studio where they are planning on putting Public Access TV.  

The rooms are empty and Mr. Belson tells us that the station will open sometime in January. However, there may be some local programming airing before the unveiling of the new station. I will be writing a lengthy story on the need for access TV in Medford. Stay tuned.

      On October 15, 2015 at the Chevalier Theater, the individual that Muccini-Burke kept "in the closet," her vulgar husband Brian S. Burke, got nasty and forcibly removed the wife of his wife's opponent and a videographer from the front row center, which Mr. Burke had no jurisdiction over whatsoever.

      This is how Stephanie Burke plays the game, SHE BREAKS THE RULES.   Muccini-Burke had kept the name Brian S. Burke out of all the literature - and for good reason.  The Assistant Clerk at Middlesex Superior Court, under the auspices of Clerk Michael Sullivan, has a reputation for allegedly "imbibing."   He sure sounded like the proverbial "drunken sailor" when he blurted out "get that motherfucker out of there" - meaning to remove an AUTHORIZED videographer from the front row; the vulgarity from Muccini-Burke's FOUL-MOUTHED husband was issued in front of senior citizens and women.

      I merely moved to front row right - the candidates had AGREED to having the second and third rows for their friends and family.   Brian Burke was a bully, plain and simple.  Now word is that Mr. Burke has a "hit list" of people he's going after.  Clerk Matthew Day in Burke's office doesn't believe that Burke violated the Canon of Ethics.  Yeah, maybe if we lived in Russia or Serbia, but this is the United States of America.

   Clerk Michael Sullivan is the wolf in the hen house giving his obnoxious and vulgar clerk Burke a free pass to blacken the reputation of clerk's everywhere.

   You usually don't find the husband of a candidate running around town issuing a vulgarity in front of dozens of witnesses and in the wake of 5 individuals from Teamsters Local 25 indicted on extortion charges (as well as Local 25 honcho Sean O'Brien being suspended for making a threat) any honest (and logical) candidate  would return the blood money to Local 25.
