MRS. BURKE WAS THE OFFICIAL WHO PRESIDED OVER THE CASE OF SGT. JAMES LEE, CLOSE FRIEND OF CITY HALL'S, WHO BEAT AN ALLEGED GIRLFRIEND, BURSTING HER LIP (allegedly causing eight stitches to the lip at the hospital.) THE WOMAN WAS NOT HIS WIFE; ALLEGEDLY, THE POLICE OFFICER WAS ON THE PHONE WITH ANOTHER GIRLFRIEND AND HIS ALLEGED BISEXUAL GIRLFRIEND FOUND OUT, AND SHE GOT HIT, AND THERE WAS A HEARING, AND MUCCINI-BURKE WAS THE DIRECTOR OF PERSONNEL WHO HEARD THE CASE. SICK, ISN'T IT?

UGLY ALLEGATION that one of the city councilors who works for another government agency during the day allegedly did more than allegedly raise a meat cleaver to his mother. New allegation is that his mother may have been physically assaulted.

That is domestic violence beyond the pale, if true, and this writer has had to file TWO complaints to the police department on that individual who has victimized me relentelessly. One in October of 2006, one more recently.

What happens when a person in a position of power commits assault and battery on an elder person? It's a felony assault, according to the police.

Assault and Battery on elderly
Section 13K. (a) For the purpose of this section the following words shall, unless the context requires otherwise, have the following meanings:—
“Abuse”, physical contact which either harms or creates a substantial likelihood of harm.

“Elder”, a person sixty years of age or older.

(a1/2) Whoever commits an assault and battery upon an elder or person with a disability shall be punished by imprisonment in the state prison for not more than 3 years or by imprisonment in a house of correction for not more than 21/2 years, or by a fine of not more than $1,000, or both such fine and imprisonment.
An assault on a man over 60 goes from misdemeanor to felony, according to the police officer I spoke with last night when I filed a report. This is not acceptable behavior. Not acceptable behavior at all.

If Dello Russo is unaware of incompetence, Dello Russo should step down.
If temperamental Edward P. Finn can't do his job properly, Finn should be fired, ESPECIALLY prior to an important election.
Finn's inability to control his mouth, his sheepish attitude, is less than stellar in a community already cheated out of public access TV.
