BULLIES have to have power in order to bully.

Be it as a police officer, a board member of a 501c3, a mayor, a city solicitor - there are higher standards that a city councilor, even one who allegedly attacked his own mother with a meat cleaver, higher standards they have to abide by.

Stephen LeBert thought he would get away with it as he has so many times over his suspicious 30 year career.

LeBert is guilty of abuse of power and both Mayor McGlynn and Chief Sacco have not responded in a responsible manner to this horrific video circulating of LeBert in all his glory, buck naked and seen for exactly what he is.

Stephen LeBert is not only  a bully, abusing his gun and his authority by making verbal threats about his gun make him a terrorist.

Homeland Security needs to jail LeBert immediately.   Put that dirty rat behind bars.

LeBert is a disgrace to the badge, spits on the citizens of Medford who have paid his huge salary, strip that rat of "his" pension (give the money back to the people) and let him rot in prison for 5 years or so.
