One of the "witness statements" in the Ed Finn case says that there was an "argument."
There was no argument. Ed Finn viciously attacked the editor of this media outlet, screaming bloody murder at me while I said nothing until Finn walked away, around 15 or 20 seconds later.

The individual who made that statement, an attorney, was at the bottom of the stairwell and, in my opinion, did not have the vantage point some of that individual's colleagues had.

THAT BEING SAID
We've seen Mark E. Rumley, the City Solicitor, behave in an immature fashion duking it out with Councilor Marks, and we've seen Rumley and Camuso gang up on this writer at the council.
So, Medford has unprofessionals getting paid the big bucks.
The statement from the attorney is telling as it shows how unprofessional Finn is for participating in an "argument" (according to the attorney.) There was no "participation" from me, it was just an all-out scream fest by Finn, probably sounding like five people as that unprofessional is an ex-football player beating up on a 61 year old man.
Think about THAT.

The case was filed today in Somerville Court however I have asked for a change of venue and actually went to both Cambridge Court and the District Attorney's office today to discuss the matter. Other law enforcement will be involved as this city clerk cannot bully ANY citizen, be they a child, a senior or anyone else in this community.
Mr. Finn is NOT going to get away with it, no matter how much fiction Mark Rumley wants to spin on Finn's behalf.
Each and every incident of wrongful conduct by the Solicitor and by Finn will be brought up during the application hearing.
SO HELP ME GOD.
