A new, more specific, public records request was filed today. This is the previous one that is less specific.
Had the police taken care of the situations with Matt Page Lieberman, Zappelli and the station manager AND Detective LeBert, Medford would have been a safer place much sooner, and maybe the False Bomb Threat and P-Town arrests of a TV3 webmaster and former board member would never have happened.

The cop who allegedly called Gary Zappelli on his phone is most likely Detective Stephen Lebert
It was September 25, 2009 - 4 years ago
- that a "Detective Laliberte" (he said his name so fast I didn't catch it properly OR HE WAS INTENTIONALLY GIVING ME A FALSE NAME) allegedly called Zappelli to tip him off that I was there filing a report on either Zappelli or TV3 OR BOTH!!! I believe that officer was Detective Stephen LeBert, currently front page news on the Medford Transcript online, 7/27/15.
