__________________________________________________________________There are many fine police officers in Medford, and there are some real jerks.
Yesterday we got rid of one of the worst, the disrespectful "Killer LeBert" with the dirty mouth and threatening behavior.
E mail sent 9:52 AM July 28, 2015
Dear Voters:
Even
the police union is going to have a tough time swallowing what Steve
LeBert is selling on that tape. A big scary dude in a red truck verbally
beating up on a 25 year old man. (The truck was on display again when
Channel 5 investigates attempted to talk to the cowardly LeBert who ran
into his garage like the sissy that he is, emasculated because he
couldn't threaten the reporter. Charming man? Not.)
There
are serious allegations that LeBert is close friends with the
twice-arrested Gary Zappelli of TV3 and may have actually tipped
Zappelli off when a victim was filing a police report back in 2009.
_________________________________________________________________________
Chief
Sacco needs to sit down with the union, sack LeBert, or sack SACK-OH
himself, fire himself for coddling the criminal conduct of an Officer
Jimmy Lee, or a Steve LeBert or even making up damn excuses for no-show
Alan Doherty. Heck, Channel 5 just has to camp out at 100 Main St to
get creepy stories that sizzle http://www.wcvb.com/news/5-investigates-medford-city-employee-earns-211k-working-on-average-halfdays/31305516
Why waste gasoline, Channel 5 when you can do all Medford all the time?

Stephanie Muccini Burke would not be able to handle situations like Stephen Lebert or Miguel Lopez, a (former?) Medford cop, 53, of Stoneham, who was indicted on two counts of witness intimidation. That had to do with a murder. A drug deal that led to a fatal shooting http://www.metro.us/local/da-medford-cop-covered-up-drug-deal-that-led-to-fatal-shooting/tmWmho---21s5oaFG1GHc/
During
the debates Muccini Burke needs to discuss the Officer Jimmy Lee case
that she was involved in and if she knew the victim, if she - allegedly - was a
mentor to the victim, and if Muccini-Burke was conflicted during the
ugly Jimmy Lee situation.
A Mayor in 2016 has to be strong where McGlynn has been weak for the better part of 28 years.
A Mayor in 2016 has to be strong where McGlynn has been weak for the better part of 28 years.
In a city where
McGlynn and Solicitor Mark Rumley have allegedly had some input into
how "law enforcement" goes in this city. I have some evidence to back
up that statement people. How safe do you feel now? Muccini-Burke will
just extend bad McGlynn policies that inhibit the police from doing
their job.
But
Chief Sacco's astonishing tolerance for bad conduct from his officers
is regrettable, very, very regrettable. Twice now it seems Chief Sacco
has thrown victims down while trying to make excuses for inexcusable
behavior from rogue policemen. Imagine a Police Chief telling the
press that the woman who got whacked in the lip (want to see the photos?
We have them!) and needed eight stitches on the lip has "issues."
Yeah, she was dating a married cop who had another girlfriend, allegedly, on the telephone.
Yeah, she was dating a married cop who had another girlfriend, allegedly, on the telephone.
Philandering by a public official doesn't seem to bother Chief Sacco. Chief, it should.
You
people didn't hear about the little incident where the victim was then
in front of the wife's house, allegedly, real Glenn Close Fatal
Attraction stuff, screaming with words that would make Stephen LeBert
blush (ok, probably not, but it sounds good) aimed at the innocent
wife. Innocent except that she made the mistake of saying "I Do" to
James Lee. The police - allegedly - let the woman leave so that the
officer's wife's name didn't get into the police report, allegedly
arresting her down the street for something else. How bizarre is that?
The Blue Wall more important, allegedly, than public safety.
Stephanie
Burke was knee-deep in that mud with police brutality, misconduct and
failure to protect the public from a bad apple. The Jimmy Lee Case has
Muccini-Burke's fingerprints all over it.
You
should be outraged Medford. For having the courage to write and
document this I've suffered malicious destruction of property, death
threats, physical and emotional assault that would make you vomit with
the lack of cooperation from the police when it came to being beat up by
the TV3 infidels.
The
failure of the police to safeguard me from TV3 is why TV3 continues to
come to my home today, a creepy Malden woman aligned with TV3 admitting
online this Sunday, July 26, that she goes right next door to my home.
Want to see some photos? Muccini-Burke wants to extend this horrific
lack of public safety. There's a psycho who comes right by my door
thanks to the lack of action by the police department, which McGlynn not
only enables, it is probably the McGlynn design, soon to be the road
map for Stephanie Muccini-Burke if she crawls her way into the corner
office.
Paul
Camuso, who has endorsed Stephanie Burke, is upset that the violence
and theft at TV3 doesn't exist at an open station today (though, as
stated, their bad conduct continues.)
Of
course with Camuso's track record that the public isn't aware of,
Stephanie Burke has to lie about Camuso on her website; it's a taste, a
snapshot into the shape of things to come under a Muccini-Burke
Administration that we can't allow to happen. Camuso did some criminal
things to this victim, and he is a very bad apple. Very bad. He has
endorsed Muccini-Burke. Camuso has endorsed Stephanie Burke and
Camuso is alleged to have a very dark, frightening past.
In
light of the LeBert explosion caught on camera, Medford can now see the
terrorist aspect of the Muccini-Burke campaign, her alignment with
walking time bomb Paul A. Camuso, and the threat to you, your children,
your parents and your neighbors.
Stephanie Muccini-Burke should just put violent City Clerk Ed Finn's face on her campaign signs to let the public be aware of the Muccini-Burke team, and how the city is trying to squash Finn's violent FELONIOUS attack on a senior citizen.
The
paperwork is now filed in Somerville Court (7/27) where Mark Rumley
allegedly spent many a day as a bill collector while being paid to be
your Medford City Solicitor. You don't think Rumley is all-tied in with
the clerks? Why did the clerk write "misdemeanor" on the paperwork
when he was told it is a FELONY? Simple, Somerville District Court has
never treated this victim fairly, and Magistrate William G. Farrell LIED
UNDER OATH when I put a subpoena on him and made him testify. He
lied. So the Mayor's cousin, Attorney David Skerry, threw Farrell under
the bus looking at Chelsea Clerk (they have to import 'em from other
jurisdictions because Somerville is so conflicted) Brian
Sullivan...Skerry looking with his best, staged Norman Bates face saying
real psycho-like "But wouldn't you want to kill him?" Think about
it. Clerk Farrell LIED under oath for Mr. Skerry and Skerry just took
the gift of perjury out of Farrell's mouth and threw it under the bus,
repeating "But wouldn't you want to kill him?"
That's
why I've asked Judge Maurice Flynn (rhymes with Clerk Finn) for a
change of venue, and will demand that they correct the application to
say FELONY ASSAULT by Edward P. Finn, ex football player attacking a
guitar player. Think about it.
Stephen
LeBert threatens to kill a 25 year old man; David Skerry threatens to
have his three sons "strangle" a man in his 50's...and Stephanie
Muccini-Burke has the dirty pom poms out (she borrowed them from the TV3
webmaster) and rah rah rah....vote Stephanie.
IN a pig's xxxx....oh, you get it. Burke should just walk away; Camuso, McGlynn, Sacco and Finn need to resign immediately, and Mark Rumley needs to make a public apology before facing the consequences of his bad choices in life.
In a perfect world
Why does Chief Sacco not have ZERO TOLERANCE?
Look at the news story:
_________________________________________________________________
Medford Police Chief Leo Saco told WBZ-TV that Lebert was placed on
leave when he arrived to work Monday morning. Saco said he couldn’t
explain the Sunday night incident, but said Lebert is a 30-year veteran
of the department and a good officer.
This is not the first time Officer Lebert got in trouble for a
confrontation with a civilian that was captured on camera. He had to
undergo counseling for an encounter during an arrest in 2012.

Donovan says there may have been red flags missed.
"The
big thing is the public trust, and we work for the public," Donovan
said. "The public pays our salaries and we're supposed to treat the
public with dignity and respect."

Medford Police Chief Leo
Sacco said Lebert received some sensitivity training for the 2012
incident. Sacco said what he saw on the recent video is unacceptable,
but the entire incident has to be investigated.
In a video shot in 2012, Lebert is in full uniform trying to the smear the camera lens with his finger as he's being recorded.
Eventually Lebert asks the person behind the camera if he's related to the person they're dealing with on a drug-related call.
He makes this comment: "What they should do is take him up to the railroad tracks and tell him to lay down.

A Medford Police officer was indicted Thursday for allegedly lying to
investigators and trying to cover up a drug deal that lead to a fatal
shooting.
Miguel Lopez, 53, of Stoneham, was indicted on two counts of witness
intimidation, according to the Middlesex district attorney's office. An
arraignment date has not yet been set.

You
wonder why there's no access TV in Medford? The Mayor doesn't want this
stuff out, so he and Rumley have a "Medford Media Blackout" in place,
until things get so ugly that one of their detectives is caught on
Camera and it blows up in McGlynn/Muccini-Burke's face.
