Back in the days of Nader / Gore / Bush every party imaginable latched onto the Green Party and showed up at their event at the Garden (don't think it was TD Bank Garden yet) There is a need for two or three more parties as strong as the Democrats and the Republicans. In 2000 I filmed a movie (unreleased; I'm awaiting one more interview and since it's an historic documovie, there's no time limit)) on the Green Party event. At the Boston Garden our radio station, AM 1670, had exclusive rights to tape the audio of the speeches. Ralph Nader was the GP candidate. What I found extremely interesting is that there must have been over a dozen parties with presidential candidates. I have interviews with many of them. They get no traction, but they are out there.
