Joe,
this struggle has been going on for the last 3 year's and for the most
part has been ignored by the administration, all departments! It seems
that this section of the city gets nothing but lip service.

the Councilor is who lives directly across the street from these transgressions? Digger-o-Dell (HUMOROUS NAME FOR UNDERTAKER FRED DELLO RUSSO, JR.)

Subject: Action needed to correct Public Safety Issue on Harvard Street Sidewalk
Blocked
Driveways, impassable sidewalks, damaged sidewalks, putrid exhaust,
residents cannot safely exit their driveways, pedestrians cannot
traverse sidewalk.
Truck
drivers are generally verbally abusive when asked to vacate the
sidewalk, Chief Sacco has recommended not confronting the drivers.
Action to remedy and eliminate parking is needed stat.
People live in the condos where trailer trucks have parked inches from their windows and doors, while engines running at full throttle, customers of and vendors to Oasis Restaurant. Oasis is still parking on the sidewalk, White van and black pickup trucks belong to them
