Letter to Maura Healey 6:16 pm

Attorney General Maura Healey
One Ashburton Place
Boston, MA 02108-1518

Phone: (617) 727-2200

Dear Attorney General Healey:

Enclosed is a public records request on the 18 month investigation into Medford Community Cablevision, Inc.'s financial records and alleged dissolution.

It is shocking that you endorsed a candidate for Mayor in Medford when you would be the one to oversee any election fraud, purportedly.

Furthermore, the election happened while City Solicitor Mark Rumley and ex-Mayor Michael J. McGlynn were maliciously, intentionally and with a bold and flagrant effort to deceive the public,  kept access TV off of the cable system so that McGlynn could force in to office his hand-picked successor instead of the popular candidate who wanted to look into the finances of City Hall.

I demand a response to this abuse of the cable TV subscribers.

We pay for a service we do not receive, the Mayor (McGlynn) had a proposal to operate an access tv station in time for the election of 2015, but McGlynn, allergic to TV cameras unless he tightly controls the media, chose to slap the citizens in the face and use shenanigans to insert an unpopular and unqualified woman into office, against the will of the people.

That the AG's office has dragged its feet on this issue, and that the duplicitous Mark Rumley threatened MCC TV3, only to back off and throw the hot potato into Martha Coakley's lap (and now Maura Healey's lap,) is all you need to know about the board of directors of TV3 - Medford Community Cablevision, Inc., laughing and snickering at the AG's office, and flipping the bird to the citizens that they cheated.

Is that strong enough for you?   To quote Al Pacino, The Devil's Advocate, I'm just warming up.   Word on the street is that State Rep Paul Donato considers me the best man for the job (or best person for the job,) but - as he told me via phone - he doesn't like my style.  All due respect, Paul, we've known each other since 1972 or so, my style was dictated by repugnant actions of Mark Rumley and Michael J. McGlynn as you are well aware.

Speaking of repugnant, look at the City Solicitor telling a big fat fib to a retired judge:

City Solicitor Mark E. Rumley / Medford Daily Mercury
on or about Nov. 16, 2008 (quoted from the 2nd Judge Jackson-Thompson hearing) saying:

“The one sentiment that I have heard that I take great exception to is that the city is trying to limit speech,” said Rumley. “The notion the city would censor or squelch free speech is baseless and as city solicitor I would find any such effort repugnant.”

Then Rumley will threaten you with criminal harassment if you mock his insincerity, again "squelching" your free speech because he is a hypocrite with censorship and abuse as his weapons of choice.

And false promises, as cited here:
On July 7, Rumley sent Pilleri a letter requesting financial data from MCC and information about where it transferred remaining assets. Rumley asked to receive the records by July 24.
Rumley had not received records from MCC as of the Transcript’s Tuesday print deadline.

A year and a half without access, a suspicious election, and the voice of silence from the Attorney General's office.

Shameful.
Public servants OWE it to the public to protect our interests, not to abuse them and cheat us out of our First Amendment rights.

The public demands answers, not stalling tactics.

RESPECTFULLY?  You have to earn our respect.

Please answer the public records request attached immediately. Enough is enough.  Those reprobates are running around laughing that they got away with it.
