On September 1, 2015 a Malden woman was placed under a restraining order because she was harassing the household of this editor.
Two of her accomplices are Michael Ruggiero and Doria Pizzotti Alberg.
Exhibit A: Accomplice of restrained woman allegedly committing third party harassment for her friend.
Now that is pure libel from a woman who admitted that she is "sick" at the City Council of Medford AFTER her husband's group of individuals UNDER INVESTIGATION OF LAW ENFORCEMENT by the Attorney General's office currently in motion.
Look at the Councilor George Scarpelli case:

Now Mondol and his parents have filed a federal lawsuit against the city, saying that Somerville’s mayor, in his capacity as an assistant football coach who was present at the camp, and two other officials knew about past hazing incidents.
The $1 million suit alleges that Mayor Joseph Curtatone, Anthony Pierantozzi, the school district’s superintendent at the time, and soccer coach George Scarpelli violated Mondol’s civil rights by engaging in a zealous campaign to have him arrested, and manipulating witnesses and victims into giving misleading statements to police.
"A zealous campaign to have him arrested."
Think about that. A 17 year old that - allegedly, Medford City Councilor George Scarpelli wanted to - allegedly - use as a scapegoat vis-a-vis alleged culture of "hazing" in Somerville sports. Yecch.
And Scarpelli wasn't honest enough to discuss this on the campaign trail?
What kind of individual wants to be City Councilor but doesn't discuss the lawsuit he's engaged in prior to election day?
Creepy.

And that's what innocent people do after they've been falsely accused. Once vindicated, they have legal options.
But Doria Alberg said a crime was committed; the woman some in the public have "under suspicion" for not taking meeting minutes at a 501c3 obligated to city hall and the public, funded by the public, when the website for TV3 stated she was the individual tasked with taking meeting minutes, has to lash out. Because allegedly, Doria Alberg and Harvey Alberg, did something very bad.
Alberg did not use "allegedly." Pizzotti-Alberg states a crime was committed, and that is not a proven fact.
That Alberg is malicious in her smear meets the bar of criminal harassment; that Alberg is friends with the woman ordered by the courts not to do and say such things, might be Third Party Harassment and might possibly put the stalker and Mrs. Alberg both in legal jeopardy.
Not being a lawyer, that will be addressed with different lawyers to get different opinions. This is journalism under attack by the people this journalist is investigating.
Think about it.
Mrs. Alberg's constant libelous attacks will not go unaddressed in the legal system. According to my friend John Byers, Mr. Harvey Alberg was actually upset with his wife for writing a nasty, vulgar comment on the internet about a tragic death that is still raw.
That's who Mrs. Doria Pizzotti Alberg is. A vindictive witch retaliating because I have the integrity to investigate the alleged conduct of Matt "Justin" and Doria Alberg and Harvey Alberg.
That's how malicious Mrs. Alberg is and with the new comment, it seems to reach the bar of criminal harassment. That will be addressed with the courts, and soon, if we can figure out which address she is at today? 625 High St., 626 High Street, 75 Station Landing, Quarry this or Malden Apartments that...she's done a lot of scurrying around, it appears, if she has lived or used all those addresses in the past decade or so. Do the math, an address every two years, if accurate.
She claims there were "rats" at 75 Station Landing and that they had to leave.
The question is, did they have to leave because they were the mice? You might consider that one line a little levity, but consider this: if she says nasty things about an innocent man at a tragic time - kick the dog while he's down - and if it wasn't mice at 75 Station Landing but her being associated with an individual arrested for a false bomb threat, maybe the public can put her under oath and find out how they actually got those apartments, four individual from TV3 landing swank apartments at Stations Landing is something that raises eyebrows.
Doria gets more malicious probably because we are on to something.

1)This editor has NEVER been arrested in his entire 61 (almost 62) years on the planet.
A senior citizen relentlessly attacked by TV3 and now by a sick city hall.

2)City Hall has falsely accused this editor in a smear campaign because of a Public Records Request to the police and the school department about a teacher no longer at the school and if there was any kind of shenanigans.
3)There is evidence of Doria Pizzotti Alberg in concert with a woman under an order of the court, harassing their victim.
This is Mrs. Alberg working in concert with a violent stalker who is under a restraining order for snapping photos of me AT MY HOME and then putting a meat cleaver over my head dripping with blood. That is the associate of Doria Pizzotti Alberg, a woman who admitted to the city council that she's "just sick" after a councilor called the entire TV3 mob "sick."
I am looking at my legal options right now concerning the woman under a restraining order and if this third-party harassment can put the woman who stalked and harassed this victim where she and her accomplices, including but not limited to Michael Ruggiero, Arthur Alan Deluca and Doria Alberg in a place where they cannot harm anyone else with their lies.
