Logical residents need to look at hypothetical situations to
see if Mrs. Burke is fit for duty, or if a recall vote should be instituted against Stephanie Muccini-Burke for not protecting the
public from monsters.

Burke acknowledged in her report to McGlynn that accounts of the incident contradict, but placed onus on Lee for not backing off, as his training would have dictated.

"Sergeant Lee, by vacating his vehicle at the intersection of Swan and James Street, escalated the incident instead of utilizing his training to neutralize the incident," Burke wrote. "The fact that a 'struggle' occurred was due to Sergeant Lee not leaving the scene and proceeding to the Medford Police Department [2 miles away] after his vehicle was vandalized by [the woman]," Burke wrote.

BENEFITED Mrs. Burke as she got
Jimmy Lee's brother's Job.

It gets worse for Stephanie Burke.

Allegedly, Mrs. Burke was a MENTOR 
to the victim.   

So if it happened to Mrs. Burke's own daughter, and Burke had to weigh being Mayor or properly
punishing a cop that Burke acknowledged

Sgt Jimmy Lee allegedly was philandering with at least two women, and he’s a married man.  Was he philandering on company time?  While he was obligated to “protect and serve” the public?  With the Ashley Madison breach something very intriguing was brought to the public’s attention again – that adultery is unacceptable in the military.  Why did Chief Sacco not only stand for it, but Sacco attacked the victim and praised the offender!

• Adultery does, in fact, violate Uniform Code of Military Justice. It’s a prosecutable offense that can land you a year in confinement and a dishonorable discharge.

If these hospital photos are accurate, and we believe this is the first time they have ever been

released to the public (though Pat Jehlen and

members of the city council have had them for years,) this is what Stephanie Muccini-Burke gave a slap on the wrist for.

an unbalanced woman?  All part of a strategy by the former administration in order to steal the election.

Restraining Order against woman to post soon to show how the police REFUSED to arrest the woman and the victim had to hire an attorney in order to get justice.

Sgt. whacked her daughter in the lip, one wonders why Mark Rumley was not forthright with a public records request yesterday, 2/1/16, when it comes to listing the teachers accused of having sex with students, and the names of those students.
