6;04 PM Haines Square, so they finally have painted the spots to park your vehicle, but the street is still fractured. Go figure, charge for a parking space on a broken road. One creative person did show up in a parking spot to get his coffee or what have you at Dunkin, my old friend Mark xxxxxx... (rhymes with Yellow) who put his flashers on ...as if that would stop the bounty hunters...and with all his money! Why doesn't he just pay like every one else has to...
