In a drought, the City of Medford finds - in its infinite wisdom - to
turn the water on and let it flow into the sewer near Ronny's Pizza on
Spring St. accomplishing no goal but to waste water.

The plants don't get as much as the street. I have video as well which I will post later. Get up in the middle of the night and go around the city to see what this monster of a mayor, Burke, is doing with your resources.
