From Shab Khan regarding the salaries that aren't on 2016
I asked why Golden Boy Mike Nestor is not in the current 2016 salaries (7/1/15-6/30/16)...now I ask you, dear readers, if Nestor is allegedly asleep on the job during a blizzard, and Mrs. Burke brings Butcher Boy to the DPW to wake Nestor up, who was out there plowing Nestor's route ????? during a blizzard? Allegedly.

He probably didn’t do enough overtime to make it into top 100 salaries for FY 2016. A lot of these salaries reflect overtime, which is the reason why they are so inflated.
