Time for Perry Mason
It's on Mr. Falco now, isn't it?
Falco and Rumley at the crossroads with CENSORSHIP AT THE COUNCIL
John Falco
Medford City Council
Dear Mr. Falco:
This is your opportunity to step up to the plate and do the right thing for the citizens of Medford.
Did
you notice Adam Knight using phony "point of information" interruptions
to attempt to censor Robert M. Penta? You should have made a point
of information that Knight was out of line.
Of course you would be retaliated against as Adam Knight is "Stephanie's sycophant," your phony "colleagues" who do not care about your political dreams, John.
Knight
got all riled up when he couldn't get to Penta...the more agitation
Knight exacts on himself he starts to sound like a 33 RPM album
transitioning to 45 RPM and then to 78 RPM.
And
how does his lack of diction, how does his inability to string a simple
sentence together, help the community he takes thirty thousand dollars
from?
noun
noun: sycophant; plural noun: sycophants
- a person who acts obsequiously toward someone important in order to gain advantage.
A
Damn Knight sounded like a chipmunk he was so flustered (as in Alvin
and the Chimpmunks) and this is NOT humor; I'm as serious as a judge.
Knight needs an impeachment sooner than later. He is spoiled brat Fred
Dello Russo III on steroids and it is the very flower of corruption - as
indicated by this struggle to shut down the taxpayers and ratepayers
from being able to give a point of view.
Paul
Donato called political speech "the most protected right." Sounds
great for the local weekly paper that is truly owned and operated by
city hall, but when has Paul Donato ever put our money where his mouth
is? This writer did the heavy lifting to shut down TV3, not State
Rep Donato.
And now time for a little fiction, I think, from a James Bond film:
Franz Sanchez:
Everyone and his brother is on the payroll. So, you - buy a mayor, chief
of police, generals, presidents. One day you wake up and you own the
whole xxx damn country. Then you take what you want. Banks. Government
Casino. Airline concession.
Ya think we have a villain like Franz Sanchez from the world of Bond in our little town?
A little entertainment from the Bond film that has nothing to do with this e mail:
Franz Sanchez:
In this business, there's a lot of cash. And a lot of people with their hands out.
Kwang:
In a word... bribery.
Franz Sanchez:
Exactly. He took the words right out of my pocket.

City Solicitor Mark E. Rumley / Medford Daily Mercury on or about Nov. 16, 2008 (quoted from the 2nd Judge Jackson-Thompson hearing) saying:
“The
one sentiment that I have heard that I take great exception to is that
the city is trying to limit speech,” said Rumley. “The notion the city
would censor or squelch free speech is baseless and as city solicitor I
would find any such effort repugnant.”
To quote the film Transporter, Mr. Rumley, "Well, here's your big chance."
Mr. Rumley, Mr. Donato, Service of Lip, but no action of any significance to the people paying them.
John
Falco aspires to be mayor some day; this is his moment to show the city
of Medford that he will not trade in his morals and his ethics to punch
every Medford citizen in the mouth with a fraudulent vote.
It's on you, John Falco, do you have the spine or are you a worthless mouse caving in to imbeciles like Fred Dello Russo and Adam Knight?
Sadly, Falco feels like a follower, not a leader...
And
the citizens - at some point - always seek relief...usually through the
court system or by rallying the aggrieved parties to vote the rats out
of office, no matter how corrupt the election system in Medford appears
to be
we are watching your vote carefully, John Falco. The citizens are watching!
Remember, there are lawsuits across the country in regards to censorship by city councils, and the councils always end up losing.
Imagine being known as Adam Knight's bitch! You can't get any lower than that!
Your vote, Mr. Falco...????
