Access Television will bring our community together. Stephanie Muccini-Burke's promises on the campaign trail (free parking for seniors, quick access TV) were Mrs. Burke copying and modifying Bob Penta's ideas. Many politicians say one thing and do another (think Trump as the most glaring culprit and example of that.) Truth be told, many times it is the political types who stand in the way of progress, who stand in the way of important art.

Medford needs experienced people who love Medford to operate the new facility. If Mrs. Burke's Administration is any indicator, her pals and political supporters get preferential treatment. The "hackerama" in play. It is not right, it is not fair.

Burke states: "We are an inclusive community where everyone should feel welcome and have the ability to further advance themselves and their families." This from the woman who threw mud bombs at Bob Penta with no thought of the feelings of Bob's family or the family of Marilyn Porreca. Mrs. Burke played dirty, and now she wants you to believe she is a changed person. Note that she personally told the school committee access TV would reopen in October of 2016. This week's Medford Transcript says Spring 2017. That's a BIG difference - one half a year, in fact - yet we are supposed to shut up and take it?

This city was not built on hate, bigotry, or injustice and It pains me to know that there are legitimate concerns surfacing in our community and furthermore, in our country regarding intolerance."

After Mrs. Burke threw her mud bombs at her opponent her husband on October 15, 2016 called me a "motherfuxxer" in front of dozens of witnesses. Brian S. Burke was sent to the back of the room or out of the hall. The Burke family's actions speak volumes about their real concerns about you and me. They don't give a damn about you or me.

After I reported Brian S. Burke to Judge Judith Fabricant chief justice of the Massachusetts Superior Courts, Fabricant threw the hot potato at Matthew Day and Michael Sullivan, who work in Brian S. Burke's office in Woburn Superior Court. They did nothing.

A few days later the Medford Police decided to initiate false charges against me on a case that they had declared over. I was slugged or "chest bumped" by a city official in front of a witness.
That witness refused to go to the police when called by the police. The police did a shoddy investigation and closed the case. I filed a $40.00 application for a criminal complaint against the government official. I dropped my APPLICATION with full knowledge of the police because I wanted to speak freely during the election 2015.

There is a LOT more to the story, but allegedly Mrs. Burke, her husband, a former city council president and a big phony, an embattled retired judge, are all in on harassing this resident who has long led the fight for access TV in our city.

What is truly disgusting is that a senior citizen can be a victim of violence and that a witness refused to go to the police when summoned by them. (not an actual "summons" but a request.) So a witness to a violent felonious crime (a felony, the police told this victim, because I am over 60) doesn't do the honest thing and the victim attacked by a city official is then falsely charged in an effort to shut him up. This is your "inclusive" Mayor Stephanie Muccini-Burke, whose husband, Brian S. Burke, allegedly claimed to have a "hit list" and allegedly stated on November 3, 2015 "PAYBACK BEGINS TOMORROW." That is what is going on, Medford. Stephanie Burke and her husband should be up on charges, not their victim.

The prosecutor told the judge that I do not have the power to drop the case. She lied to the judge, because there was no case, it was an application that I dropped ON ADVICE OF COUNSEL. I played by the rules. I sought legal advice and kept the police apprised of this.
This is Mrs. Burke's "inclusion." After this victim filed a public records request on a varsity coach who allegedly slept with a powerful politician's daughter, and questions about the former director of personnel (Mrs. Burke,) the school superintendent, the police chief, a request filed on or about December 3, 2015, the police initiated what I consider a hate crime, a false charge against the victim of a violent crime allegedly because the police chief may have been involved in the cover up of a teacher/student sex scandal at Medford High School.

Does the public realize how I have been harassed for exercising my First Amendment rights at Medford City Hall during council meetings? A punch thrown at me by Matthew Page Lieberman, harassment from Paul Camuso after a meeting when he drove up to my car and blasted his horn at me pointing at me in the dark (the second of many offenses by Camuso) or his uncle, Bob Maiocco, threatening me with a metal pipe. This is the "inclusive" city of Stephanie Muccini-Burke?

And where are the good officers of the law turning a blind eye to Chief Sacco, Stephen LeBert, Jimmy Lee, Miguel Lopel, Shawn Hughes, Shawn Norton, men who did some very, very bad things.

You see it is easier to go after an innocent over sixty minority male than it is to go after criminals.

For the Thirty Thousand or so dollars that we pay Adam Knight, Fred Dello Russo, that we paid Paul Camuso, what is clear is that those three individuals in particular failed to help the community. They are in it for their own personal game and perceived local "fame."
Our system is so shockingly "rigged," to reference Trump again, that the will of the people is upended so that the few can enjoy the fruits of power and the benefit of the few. To the benefit of the few.
