Happy rainy Christmas eve in Medford.  I still can't wrap my brain around the actions this past Monday of a clerk of the courts leaving individuals who hate each other in a hearing room when one of those people actually admitted to Judge Timothy Gailey of unwanted touching of the victim.

Fourteen years the victim has had to put up with phony lawsuits, abuse of a 501c3's public finances and so many threats to kill that it clearly shows negligence on the part of the police department, the office of the city solicitor, city hall, the office of the district attorney, the office of the attorney general and the court system in Somerville and Cambridge.

If you believe a clerk of the courts is honest in a courthouse already guilty of having a secret hearing where the person being PERSECUTED, not prosecuted, wasn't even allowed at his own hearing,  raise your hand.

The fix is in, disgraced Judge P. Havana, go have a cigar. Make it a Cuban one.

There is a LOT more that I will not say here, but you'd damn well better believe there are some court justices, two chief justices in fact, which will have a plethora of complaints and a timeline to consider come early next week, and the offending court clerk knows exactly who those two Chief Justices are.  She would be well advised to get her own lawyer because this victim is ready to sue the cities of Cambridge, Somerville and Medford.

So help me God.

You do NOT leave a married couple breaking up with all of the animosity in a hearing room to their own devices.

So why would "Myra Breckinridge" leave people who have done battle for fourteen years to hash it out for themselves AFTER she told two offenders to STAY AWAY FROM THE VICTIM FOR SIX MONTHS.

She broke her own order.
