that

Medford City Hall. The citizens need to have all the facts regarding
their property, and the work of public servants, public employees, who

This
is a request under the Massachusetts Public Records Law (M. G. L.
Chapter 66, Section 10). I am requesting that I be provided a copy of
the following records:
1)Any
and all documents providing information and estimates from the company
installing the new doors at City Hall including e mails and notes to
Medford City Hall and from Medford City Hall.
2)Any documents showing the payments to that company that was hired or payments that will be made to that company
3)The
bid documents and postings in regard to the work now being performed or
to be performed to the doors and reconstruction of city hall
4)The
documents showing the value of the antique doors that building
commissioner Paul F. Mochi stated on 4/26/17 would be removed
5)The documents providing weight of each door that is to be removed
6)The
documents providing information on the value of the wood, the name of
the wood, and the price that will be paid if the doors are sold
7)The
documents providing information on how much money will be made from the
sale of citizens' property during this repair period at city hall as
well as the documents showing how those monies to be deposited in the
"general fund" will be utilized
I
recognize that you may charge reasonable costs for copies, as well as
for personnel time needed to comply with this request, however, it is my
opinion that this material should be posted on the city's website and
be made available free of charge.
The
Public Records Law requires you to provide me with a written response
within 10 business days. If you cannot comply with my request, you are
statutorily required to provide an explanation in writing.
