You are hereby required, in the name of the Commonwealth
of Massachusetts, to appear before the Peabody District Court holden at One
Lowell Street, Peabody, MA 01960 within and for the county of Essex,
Massachusetts on the 24th day of January, 2018, at 10:00 o’clock in the fore noon, and from day
to day thereafter, until the action hereinafter named is heard by said Court,
to give evidence of what you know relating to an action then and there to be heard
and tried, xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx and you are
further required to bring with you a copy of all documents, records or notes
provided by you to concerning Mr. xxxxxx’s claim that he was “cleared of any
wrongdoing” and the meeting minutes and financial records of Medford Community
Cablevision, Inc. for the years 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015,
2016, 2017, and information as to why, previously, the term “law enforcement”
may be “impeded” if those facts were disclosed in response to multiple public
records requests.
Hereof fail not, as you will answer your default under
the pains and penalties in the law in that behalf made and provided.
